Definitely would recommend

The whole process was smooth. The house was even better than I expected. I loved how the home decor carried a theme throughout it. The dock is literally steps from the deck. The sunrise and sunset was amazing. We didn’t fish, but spoke to someone who caught quite a few right next to the dock. Overall it was a great stay.

Lovely home

Wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Very clean and well stocked, enjoyed the quiet, peaceful views of the water, many things to do nearby. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous getaway

Great Spring Break at the River

We had a great spring break at the river -- even caught lots of fish and did some kayaking. We enjoyed walking the town and eating at local restaurants. Thanks for sharing your wonderful riverside house with us!

Fantastic!

My husband and I loved both the house and the gorgeous location right on the river! We were in West Point for a family wedding so didn’t have time to make full use of all the house’s amenities but would definitely recommend it to others - can easily accommodate a large family.

Beautiful house!!

It is a beautiful property and was perfect for our vacation. There is no wifi available at the house, but everything else was truly amazing. There is a great fresh seafood place 2 blocks away that we really enjoyed bringing back and eating on the deck over looking the water. We highly recommend this place if you are traveling to West Point!

Wonderful on the Water

We had a wonderful time. The home is lovely and well stocked. It is much brighter than the photos with lots of natural light. We enjoyed the deck and the pier, as well as some of the local shops and the Lazy Cow ice cream parlor. We enjoyed the river view, fishing and crabbing.

Very Relaxing!

It was a great place to just get away! The house was very cute and very clean. Pictures online did not do it justice. Very relaxing sitting on the deck watching the water. Loved the small town of West Point also, but breakfast was a bit hard to find other than fast food. However, dinners were great everywhere we ate. Lovell's, Three Rivers, and Tony & George's.

Wished the Weather Cooperated

We stayed here for several days, unfortunately the weather was bad and the fish weren't biting. Fortunately the property and the view was far better than we had imagined. We are going to come back and hopefully we won't get rained on and the fish agree the bait is irresistible!

First time in West Point

Visited in July so the weather was very hot but residence was cute and comfortable. Very nicely decorated, clean and perfect for our needs. The location is absolutely amazing! The place is very well stocked. My friends and I had a wonderful week staying at this property. My only complaints were the lack of blankets and it was impossible to sleep on the sofas. So this house is only for couples. But we really loved the place thank you !

Beautiful Property, Town and House!

I visited with 3 friends for a long weekend golf trip. The property is just beautiful being right on the water. The town of West Point was quiet and very nice. We ate one night at the Blue Crab and the food was delicious. It was nice that the town's main street, including the Blue Crab restaurant, is in walking distance from the house. The house was super clean, well kept and perfect for the four of us. Communication with the owners was great, check-in was easy and there wasn't one complaint from anyone about anything in the house. Thank you for providing great accommodations for us!

You will love it!

Super clean house, everything you need in kitchen, TP and paper towels and bath towels are included. Charcoal and grill was there too. We did not catch many fish for some reason but the place was so beautiful. We got ice cream in town at the Lazy Cow, very cute place. If I had suggest any upgrades, I'd say some chairs on dock and a firepit for smore's!

Great spot, heads up

We keep coming back as we love the location and the pier. House is clean and has most basic items. We were told there was charcoal and grill which were both hidden for some reason and there wasn't enough to. actually make grill when we arrived. The fishing pier is awesome and has a sink, unfortunately, it doesn't work with multiple pipes leaking so would be great if it was upkept. Overall, great place with very responsive owner/manager but could use attention to some details.

Fishing fun!

The pictures of the inside look a little dark and do not accurately represent the place; its bright and charming. It is an older place so it creeks etc.. We could not have been happier. I was sold when I saw the dock. My teenager is obsessed with fishing and he spent every moment out there that he could. So many places have the cheapest paper towels possible.. they had GREAT paper towels and had plenty of them; its small but shows the level of care for the small things. Thanks for helping make the trip a success!
