Översta våningen Studio är en perfekt storlek för ett par. Denna lägenhet är cirka 500 sf öppet koncept, sovrum område / tv område / kök kombinerat. Det finns en kökstorlek och ett bord för två med räknehöjdsstolar. Det finns en Keurig kaffebryggare med 4 startkuponger för donuthus. Enheten är 125 steg från utgången hissen, som ligger vid viken.

Vardagsrummet har en 40 tums Smart TV, du kan logga in med ditt Netflix-konto, det finns kabelkanaler också. Den privata balkongen för två har en oändlig utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Det finns en queen size-säng och en ny queen size bäddsoffa med en 5 tums skum komfortmadrass, inte din typiska bäddsoffa.
Det finns en härlig onsite Island Grill på bottenvåningen, ta hissen ner och njut av läckra färska skaldjur / cocktails och titta på solnedgången med utsikt över stranden.

Det finns så många bekvämligheter här utan extra kostnad! Du kommer att ha tillgång till uppvärmd inomhuspool och gym / bastu och inomhus / utomhus jacuzzi. Sex utomhuspooler, det finns också en barnpool. Tennis, hästskor, basketplaner och shuffleboard! Du kan ta strandpromenaden till stranden, som ligger intill poolen och ha kul i solen eller titta på den fantastiska solnedgången! Seasonal Jet skidor, bananbåtar och parasailing precis framför lägenheten!

Vi är en etablerad gemenskap, mycket av vår gäst har semester här när de var yngre och nu tar de sina barn att skapa nya minnen. Vi är på halvön Barrier Island, 12 miles från staden, ca 20 minuters bilresa till Walmart, se kartan nedan. Jag kommer att ge en lista med webbplatser för sevärdheter och de stora restaurangerna på ön liksom de andra närliggande platserna.

Kiva Dunes Golf Community ligger direkt intill, bekvämt för en golfrunda. Kiva Dunes har också en trevlig restaurang med utsikt över golfbanan. Det finns en underbar dag Spa 1. 5 miles away om du vill bli bortskämd!

Perfect Quick Trip

This was a last minute trip we decided to take after a work conference. It was PERFECT and host was super friendly and quick to help with anything we needed! Balcony was perfect for two and the views were beautiful. Would totally stay here again.

Anniversary Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay for 7 days‼️ Jayne our hostess, was great and the condo provided everything that we needed. 30 years together and we celebrated while we were there. We will definitely be going back again ❤️

Perfect Getaway Condo with an Amazing View

The condo was clean, easy to locate, and had all that we needed for our vacation. Our host, Jayne, was incredible and did everything she could to ensure we had a perfect getaway. The location is great, about 14 miles east of the crowds and traffic in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area yet close enough for outings and dining. The property has a lot of great amenities and easy parking. We highly recommend the condo and truly appreciate our host, Jayne! You will not be disappointed with this gem.

Great little condo in a beautiful spot!!

We had a wonderful time on our weekend stay in this beautiful little condo. The view is amazing!! We had one small issue and it was fixed immediately. The room was super clean and comfy. We will definitely cone stay here again!

A little getaway

This little condo is perfect for a couple or just a quick little getaway with your sister or friend. My sister and I had a nice time sitting on the balcony just listening to the waves and relaxing. Lots of amenities on location and a great restaurant on the ground floor. The shrimp and grits were amazing!!! Look forward to going back.

6 day beach stay

Studio matched with the description. Had nice kitchen items to use. Adequate storage. Everything worked properly. View is stellar!!! Whole property is nicely maintained and friendly people staying there. Bed is very comfy and nicely situated in the studio. Will consider this property again.

Perfect for Couples

The condo was very clean, had lovely furnishings, and its location’s in the best spot in the building…top floor with a direct view of sand dunes and the Gulf of Mexico. My husband and I found the condo to be the perfect place for our 3-day getaway. It’s located in a guarded complex that’s also very clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the beach, indoor heated saltwater pool, outdoor hot tub and the on-site restaurant. Highly recommend this condo!

Lovely romantic getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway for our birthdays. Room is perfect for two people and has all appliances you need. The walk from the room to the end of the pier is pretty long, but if you bring a wagon it helps tremendously (most of the walking is flat surfaced). The host, Jayne, is great. Easy to work with and very responsive. Overall, very relaxing and fun stay!

Great vacay!

We haven't been to Gulf Shores in a long time, and this property did everything right, except 1 thing.....my have has mobility issues and the listing kind of underplayed the distance to the unit from the elevator, it is a lot longer than expected. Having said that, we enjoyed everything else about our stay.

Amazing Host, Perfect Studio Apt for 2

Absolutely sweetest and most responsive host we’ve ever had! Great clean studio had everything my husband and I needed for a romantic and relaxing weekend away. Loved the restaurant in the bottom of the unit. The only downside was that the building only had one area of elevators and it was at the completely opposite end of the unit, which was on the farthest side away from the beach. So walking from the room to the beach, although the view of the unit was amazing, took nearly 15 mins to get from the room to the sand. Wished this unit and host was in another building!!

A Jewel Of A Place!!!

I was so taken aback when we opened the door to walk in this Studio and saw the Ocean Views! It just made you feel great about the most important part of your vacation, a Beautiful Condo, and the Amazing Ocean Views! This Studio is exactly what we could have hoped for and more. Everything was nice and clean in the room, loved the beachy decor, comfy bed and very well appointed kitchen. You have to walk to the Gulf side of the building to get to this Sanctuary, we all need to walk a little more, right? The payoff is so worth it, less noise and privacy! Your balcony is even private, just you and the ocean. Last note, Katrina (Ladyfishrentals.com) was so wonderful to work with! She actually cares about you and your vacation. Very attentive and just a phone call away to answer any questions. Thank you! We will be back :)

I love the fact that the Resort has a private beach. It is only for the people that are vacationing here at the resort, you can always find a spot on the beach. The restaurant down stairs with the patio bar is a big hit. A nice Day Spa is located one mile on the beach. Please ask me for the Spa information.
