Välkommen till sjön. Njut av en avkopplande semester bort från allt liv och rörelse i vardagen på The Gathering Place på Sunrise Point. Detta är den perfekta semestern bort för dig och din familj! Det 3 900 kvadratmeter stora huset sover 10 och har 5 sovrum och 3 fulla bad. Nivåpartiet är nästan 4 tunnland, har en egen halvö, två sandstränder, en paviljong, ett gazebo och ett täckt båtslip som har en skärmad veranda, ett bad- / solstolar och täckt friluftsrum. Ta med din båt eller jet ski och starta dem från vår betongbåt ramp. Föredrar du solen, skuggan eller något däremellan? Inga problem, samlingsplatsen erbjuder alla 3. Detta är en av de vackraste och mest mångsidiga egenskaperna vid sjön. Vi är på privat sida, så båttrafiken är mycket mindre än Public Side. Tyvärr, inga husdjur tillåtna och ingen rökning på fastigheten !!

Det finns gott om vattenleksaker inklusive paddelbåt, kanot, 2 enkla kajaker, 1 dubbel kajak, gummibåtar och en vattencykel, ja, en vattencykel.

Huset har 5 sovrum, varav 4 har franska dörrar som leder till täckt däck eller täckt uteplats med fri utsikt över sjön. Huvudnivån har ett sovrum med privat badrum, ytterligare två sovrum, ytterligare ett badrum, kök, matsal, 2 vardagsrum och en våt bar med en högeffekt ismaskin och en minikyl. Den lägre nivån har 2 sovrum, badrum och en stor familj / spelrum med TV, dart, foosboll, brädspel, massor av pussel och en våt bar med en minikyl. Det finns också ett bordtennisbord på den täckta uteplatsen precis utanför dörren. Croquet och Bocce Ball-set finns tillgängliga. Observera att husets inomhustrappa är en spiraltrappa. Du kan komma åt husets lägre nivå via vanliga trappor genom att gå ut på däck och ner för trappan.

Utanför huvudnivån ligger ett 20 FT djupt täckt däck som sträcker sig över hela husets längd. Det finns en Weber Gasgrill och två stora picknickbord samt olika utemöbler för att slå tillbaka och koppla av i.

Vi har tre TV: er anslutna till skålenätverket. Det finns obegränsat internet via WiFi - Observera att internet och telefontäckning kan vara prickig vid Anna-sjön. Vi lagar som sådan, köket är mycket välutrustat med 3 kaffebryggare, många grytor och kokkärl, en matprocessor, 2 crock krukor, elektrisk stekpanna, popcorn maker, över 30 middagar tallrikar, massor av glas, äta redskap, mäta koppar och skedar och många andra praktiska köksredskap som du inte hittar i de flesta fritidshus. Det finns ett extra kylskåp och fristående frys i det bifogade garaget.

10 minuter rakt ner till vägen till Food Lion, Chef Lee Chinese, Subway, Big Cheese Pizza, ABC-butik och Verizon-butik. Flera andra restauranger i närheten.

Retirement party

Property was amazing. This is so nice and quiet. Lots of areas to play and fish. Only issue is it is the warm side of lake so you can’t rent a boat on that side unless you take it for 5 days. That was way too much money.

Perfect for groups!

The Gathering Place is a completely perfect group home — the house itself and the expansive property offer so much space and so many different ways to have fun and be active or relax. The host, Susan, was incredibly communicative and thorough throughout. We will definitely be coming back!

The house was very nice and the property was amazing.

We had great time with our family on the lake. The house was nicely kept with plenty of space for all. The property was amazing the grand children loved the beaches and boat house for fishing and swimming off the dock. Was a great week.

This property has everything you need for a great stay on the lake. Sound also does not carry far between rooms, which was great for us since we brought kids who needed uninterrupted afternoon naps.

Awesome place

The house/property was great! Best stocked and equipped house I’ve ever stayed in. I didn’t need to use any kitchen/paper supplies I took with me. Won’t be bored on a rainy day with the awesome game room with pool table, ping pong, large TV with games, etc. and 2 fire pits. Location and dock were great. Loved having the private boat ramp. The covered porch was a definite plus. Owners were very responsive and attentive! Hope to stay here again.

Stunning Lakefront Grounds

We had a wonderful family getaway with our adult children and their family. The superstar of this property is the beautiful, spacious, varied, lakefront property! We felt like we were on our own quiet lakefront park for a week. The beach was a huge hit with the kids. Yes, the water was warm, but they got used to it and didn't seem to mind. We rented a pontoon boat so the boathouse, with the quaint screened in porch, was another plus. The canoes, kayaks, paddleboat, life vests, picnic areas, firepits, huge deck just afforded us even more outside fun. The sunrises over the lake were absolutely spectacular every morning! The house itself is a bit dated but is spacious, unique, clean, comfortable, with well stocked kitchen and comfy beds/linens. The property owner was excellent, very helpful and immediately responsive. Note...the youngest child was almost 4 and he handled the spiral staircase, slowly, held onto the rail and did fine. All in all our first lake family vacation was amazing due to this lovely Lake Anna home.

Great family vacation home

Great property and well appointed home! Dated but great spaces and fun activities for all. Only caution is for families with small children - the staircase is a steep spiral so we had to block it off to prevent accidents. Loved it though and would go again!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at The Gathering Place. It is an older home but it is in good shape and was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed all the different spaces our group could gather and found the kitchen well stocked. Internet and cable tv worked well. The outside area is expansive with two beaches and a peninsula. The kids in our group enjoyed exploring the shoreline, kayaking and playing games in the basement. We would return.

Wonderful property!!!

This house was adorable! It was so spacious and had plenty of room for our family of ten. The circular staircase was a bit treacherous for the young children, but we brought a gate to stop them from accessing it. The property was so big and our kids had fun exploring. The owners were easy to get a hold of and were helpful. One thing to note: when they say the private side is the warm side of the lake, they are not kidding! The water temp was about 95 degrees which our kids loved (adults not so much!). But overall a great home and we would definitely stay again!!

Awesome Family Getaway!!

This place surpassed all of our expectations for our family of 11! Granted we spent most of our time on the water but the amenities here are like no other place we've ever stayed @!! Would definitely recommend checking this place out!! My husband is already talking about next yr, not to mention how many times he & the kids have thanked me for such a great family vacay!!

The property here is amazing for a family, we had 6 adults and 5 kids staying and we had plenty of space in the house. The property itself is a kid's dream from the space to the activities. We will definitely be coming back!

Awesome Escape

While we originally picked this home based on size, lake and ability to day trip to DC, Williamsburg, Monticello and Wineries, Covid-19 did drive us to spend most of the week with our adult kids and their significant others. Even when we had 6 couples in the house, there was plenty of room to escape and do different things. We could all get back together for dinner. The property was clean (not always easy to do in a lake house), well stocked and in good working condition. You don’t get a better sunrise than coffee on the deck in this home. The owner is very responsive. The fact that this is the warm side of Lake Anna has us seriously considering making thes a late fall visit as well. Put this place on your list. It is now a permanent fixture for us when we head back to the area.

Amazing vacation!

This house and property have so much to offer! The yard is incredible with so much to do. The kids loved the swing and playing at the beach. The kayaks and water bike provided endless hours of fun. At night we went to the second beach for s’mores at the fire pit. The house is clean and has lots of games. The kitchen has so many gadgets and cookware. Highly recommend!

Lovely lake property

The house is large and comfortable. Plenty of room for our group of 7. Although we were here in late fall I think the lakefront would be wonderful during the summer. We were here to celebrate Thanksgiving and the kitchen was the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. We had everything we needed to fix our dinner. Susan was very responsive to our inquiries. We would certainly recommend this property.

BEAUTIFUL HOME AND GORGEOUS VIEW!

We booked early and the whole process was easy and smooth. The view is absolutely breathtaking and all the accommodations included were the best!! Fabulous location and incredibly comfortable!

This is a lovely vacation home that is perfect for a large family getaway. The living space was just right for the ten of us, with plenty of room for spreading out. The kitchen, though a little small for multiple cooks, had all the cooking supplies one would need to prepare meals for a large group. The commercial size ice maker was a godsend! There is a very nice Food Lion located nearby, making it convenient to shop for meals. There are also two full size refrigerators making it easier to stock up for multiple family dinners. The family/game room was a huge hit and provided easy access to the private beach for those who wanted to canoe, paddle boat, ride the water bike, or just lounge under the sun. I highly recommend this wonderful vacation home. The only thing that we'll do differently the next time we stay is bring a boat that we can take out on the lake. Speaking of which, if you do have a boat there is not a marina on the private side from which to get fuel. While that is a tiny downside, it is more than offset by the privacy you get. Nice and quiet! Look forward to going back!

Great for a group!

Great property with a lot of land/activities. The house is great with many different living rooms so it was perfect for our group of 8 adults. Since we visited in the winter we didn’t get to utilize the outdoor activities and space as much as we wished but would love to rent in the summer! Susan was very communicative and helpful to prepare us for our stay. Would definitely rent again from her!

Amazing place!

We rented this for a family reunion and it was perfect! The kids loved having different places to swim and the water was very warm and we tried out all of the water toys. The upstairs deck had enough space for us to eat all our meals outside. Lots of space outdoors to run around and plenty of room inside too. Fantastic place to stay!!!
