This luxurious 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor is situated in one of Albufeira's most prestigious and iconic condominiums, 'A Herdade dos Salgados'.
Located less than 500 meters from the beach and Salgados golf course, this private condominium offers 24-hour security with a doorman, 7 magnificent swimming pools, tropical green spaces, a spa, restaurants, and bars.
The apartment features spacious and bright areas designed for comfort and functionality.
On the outdoor balcony, you can enjoy a dining and relaxation area with unobstructed views of the natural surroundings.
The unit includes:- Fully equipped kitchenette;- Dishwasher;- Washing machine;- Living room with a sofa bed for 2 people;- LED TV with cable channels;- Free WiFi;- Bedroom suite with a double bed;- Bathroom with a whirlpool bath;- Balcony with dining table and relaxation chairs.Location and Proximity:- Next to Praia dos Salgados and Salgados Golf Course;- 2 km from Gale - Albufeira;- 8 km from Theme Parks;- 8 km from the center of Albufeira;- 9 km from A22.Accommodation Rules:- No noise is allowed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.;- It is strictly forbidden to disturb or disrespect the neighbours;- Parties or events are not allowed;- Pets are not permitted;- To check in, all guests must be 25 years of age or older, except for families with children;- It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of permitted occupants in the accommodation, even for visitors;- It is mandatory to comply with these and all other rules stated in the Local Accommodation Book;- If the rules are not respected, the security deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to leave the accommodation;- A security deposit of âŹ200 is required, refundable up to 7 days after check-out;- The municipal tourist tax of âŹ2 per person will be charged for arrivals between April 1st and October 31st, applicable to guests aged 13 and older, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights;- You will be contacted a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in details and attend to any special requests.Extra services with additional cost:Transfers * Rent-a-car * Chef * Extra Cleaning * Concierge Service * Yacht Tickets * Diving * Boat Trips * Water and Theme Park Tickets * Extra Beds * Cribs * Highchair * Baby Stroller *
