”Min dröm var att äga ett familjhem i Florida någonstans i solen som min familj också kunde fly.

Sväng till Miami och Fort Lauderdale -15 minuter

Min personliga favorit är en enkel resa till den riktiga Florida på väg söderut genom bakvägarna och små städer som fortfarande fångar den vackra landsbygden och orange orange lundar eller på väg norrut till Homosassa Springs och tar en båt ut för att se manaterna och prova på scalloping.

En annan favorit av mig är att ta en båttur för att upptäcka det vackra djurlivet, kanske en Gator eller två om du har tur och ta några underbara bilder av Cyperns träd
Det finns många platser från mycket nära Villa för mitt väldigt speciella för mitt hjärta en timme norr kallas Lake Dora
"City of Mount Dora är verkligen 'Someplace Special, charmig, gammal historisk by som går tillbaka till 1800-talet i hjärtat av centrala Florida vid stränderna av den vackra Dora-sjön"
ej att förglömma.

Det finns mycket att se i en Florida och över 25 år hittar jag fortfarande något annorlunda varje gång jag går till mitt hem så snälla glöm inte bort dess skönhet och hitta de dolda ädelstenarna.

Great house close to WDW

We stayed over Thanksgiving week. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and there is a fun garage converted into a game room with a pool table. Both Janice and Sandy were very prompt responding with any questions. There is a Wal Mart about a mile down the road so that was very convenient. Also lots of restaurants very close by. WDW is about 20-30 min away depending on what park you go to. Our only complaint was that the listing said that the pool could be heated. We said we wanted to turn on the heat in the pool bc it was very cold. We were told the heater was broken. This was one of the main reasons we chose the house so we were bummed we couldn’t swim. All in all and even not being able to swim we had a great time!

Great rental

We stayed in July so it was super hot. The house had AC and a pool which was great after long hot days at the parks. Location is convenient with. Walmart and Aldi close by for any groceries or other items you may need. Janice was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had Pre travel. Excellent communication. The property manager was also available should we have needed anything. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Janice!

Beautiful and relaxing!

The pictures do not do this house justice! Very beautiful home with all you need! The pool is an added bonus that was great to come back to after long hot days at the theme parks. Close to stores and tons of restaurants in the area. Quiet neighborhood and a serene little lake in the back where you can see lord of different birds. The owner and property manager were very responsive and checked in to see if everything was going well and making sure we enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait to come back again!

Just in town for business'

I was in Orlando for a week on business' and this place was perfect. The pool was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the communication was top notch, and the Wi-Fi was fast. Will stay again if it is available when I am in town

Great Spot for Orlando and Attractions

My husband and I spent a week at this rental during our recent trip to Orlando. The home is located about 30 minutes from the airport and also close to many of Orlando’s attractions. We had no issues checking in and communicating with the owner and property manager was a breeze. We loved relaxing by the pool watching the birds in the pond located behind the home. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up some meals and we took advantage of some near by brew pubs on our travels. We’d definitely come back!

Great visit

We had a great visit, the weather turned out perfect and house was perfect for out little crew. Pool was excellent might need to refill it from all the splashing we did. I highly recommend this house for future visits.

Excellent!

Our host was very attentive to any and all questions and requests. She was great to deal with. We requested the pool be heated and it was totally worth it. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great Stay

The property is wonderful. Without being intrusive, Janice, the owner, and Sandy, the property manager could not have been friendlier or more attentive. They have thought of everything for their guests. They have provided plenty of towels, dishes, cutlerly, utensils etc. No need to pack your own or to buy. Although a couple of the appliances are a little dated, everything is clean and in working order.. The house is spotless Àand bright. You can tell there is pride in ownetdhip. Future guests will enjoy a quiet neighbourhood where walks are a great way to take in Florida evenings. Shingle Creek Park is located close by if a longer walk is your thing. The pool and lanai are a great retreat. My husband also enjoyed the pool table and declared the garage as his man cave. The location was perfect for us. Walmart is 5 minutes away so we didn't waste in traffic just to pick up groceries. We have stayed at other properties in the past and this one ranks right up there.

COUNTRY CREEK VACATION

My husband and I rented Janice and Don property for Christmas, it's a very beautiful clean and spacious property. Janice provided everything we needed for our stay, (cooking utensils to bath towels, etc.). The property is located in a very nice community and within a five-minute drive to Walmart and restaurants. Janice (owner) and Sandy (property manager) made themselves available to us if we needed anything. I will be renting her property again and I highly recommend to others.

Excellent place

We rented Janices house for 9 days in july and had a really nice time. Family of four with two teenagers. We spent a few days more or less entierly at the house. It was well equipped both in the kitchen and outside at the pool. Very calm and relaxing area and close to the Disney parks. Contact with host was great, we can really recommend this house. We would love to return!

Great location and wonderful home

Our family (2 adults and 2 kids (7 and 8 years old) had a blast on our vacation. The location is great. It is near shopping and some attractions like Disney. The pool are was great. It backs onto a little lake so it's very nice to sit out there and just enjoy nature and the pool after a busy day around Orlando. The house was clean and had everything you need. The pool table in the garage was an added bonus that we used more than we thought we would. The host was great too! She communicated early and was very responsive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Family trip to disney

Beautiful house. Pool was awesome they even had floats out to use which we all loved. The pool looks onto to a little pond. It all felt very private still.The house was spotless. Beds so comfy. Walmart is close by. Would totally recommend it to anyone. The manager and owner were amazing checking in is to make sure we were happy. They even recommended indian and Chinese restaurants for us to try( we were always on look out for good ethnic good). Would book again .11/10.

Living in the United Kingdom, my dream was to own a family home in Florida, somewhere in the sun that my family could escape too. Seeing my children’s little faces fill with happiness meeting Mickey Mouse was my world. Now they are all grown and I feel it is time to share my home so other families can make wonderful memories here as well!

Florida is simply the Sunshine State and needs little introduction! Orlando has so much to offer, it’s not all about Disney, but is home to more than a dozen theme parks, and even most adults struggle not visit at least one when in the area! Under an hour and you can be in Cocoa Beach south of Cape Canaveral, gateway to Kennedy space center visitor complex, cruise terminal, beautiful picnic areas, the famous original Ron Jon surf shop and beautiful beaches. My property offers close proximity to all Central Florida has to offer!
