The traditional studio Toxotis 1 is located in Triandafillia, Pirgos, Diros, in Mani. Nestled within a lush green olive grove spanning 6000 square meters, this 200-year-old building features megalithic arches, tiled roofs, cisterns, and cobbled stone. It underwent a full renovation in 2014. The property is situated 3 kilometers from the beach and the Diros cave and 7 kilometers from Areopolis.



Toxotis 1 can accommodate up to 4 guests in a 40-square-meter space with a double bed and two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The studio offers sea views and is equipped with free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries, slippers, refrigerator, and breakfast preparation facilities. Outside the room, a table and chairs provide a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful gardens on the premises.



The complex offers a range of amenities including private parking, a large garden, a children's playground, archery, a coffee bar, a breakfast room, horse riding (available upon request from 15/6 to 15/9), guided tours (available upon request from 15/6 to 15/9), hiking (available upon request from 15/6 to 15/9), fax/photocopying, free Wi-Fi, a seating area, and a fireplace.
