Amazing Stay

Stayed with a group of family and friends for Memorial Day weekend. The house was perfect. Clean and very well stocked with essentials, plenty of space, great location close to Main Street of town and walkable to beach. Would love to stay again!

Exceptional accommodation

We work in film production so have experience in the area in accommodation. This stay easily outshone other stays. It is a close 5-10 minute walk to the main street for great dining, it is a very safe neighborhood and the house itself was everything and more. It reminded us of my mother’s mountain holiday home from my childhood, so great associations. You could hear the train whistle at night - I loved that with Bruce Springsteen’s Down Bound Train looping through my head. Basically spacious, well designed, lovely hospitality and a beautiful space and home. Thank you! Mark and Evette

Wedding week

This is a beautiful and well maintained property that was perfect for entertaining small groups of family and friends from around the country and the world. The close proximity to the NYC train station was an added benefit for those who wanted to head to the city for a day of sightseeing. Walks to the beach and downtown Spring Lake added to enjoyment experienced by those staying at the house.

Wonderful beach getaway!

Beautiful house close to the beach, just a few minutes drive. Or easy run to the boardwalk! The town, which has lots of shops and places to eat, is about a 10 minute walk from the house. Inside was wonderful! We had 6 adults and 4 children. All bedrooms were great and super comfy. Bathrooms are large with jacuzzis and the house was extremely well stocked. The deck and patio were beautiful, plenty of seating and tables. The fire pit at night was great. Can’t say enough how great a find this was. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home!!

This house was absolutely spectacular. It’s just minutes from the train and within walking distance to a little market, liquor store, and playground. The outdoor deck and patio is perfect for at home dinners with a large group. The owner was very kind and very responsive as well. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent rental, wonderful owners!

Absolutely beautiful house- within walking distance to shopping, the lake, park and the train. The owners were absolutely wonderful- answering emails/messages within an hour or so and doing everything possible to ensure our stay was as comfortable as it could be. The house had everything you would need and more. We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends.

Perfect spot!

Our family rented this house, while we were attending a wedding in Spring Lake. It was perfect! Beautiful backyard garden with lots of outdoor seating, inside was roomy, clean, and felt so comfortable. Kitchen nicely equipped with everything you need to cook. We just loved it and the owner was very easy to work with. Great location too. Close to everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend. Hope to come back another time. A real find!

Graduation

Beautiful home. Accomodated my family, my in laws and my sister in law family very nicely. Everybody had their space. We were able to grill out and used fire pit one night for smores. Great location. Walked to restaurants. In town for a nephew graduation and we were all able to be together in one place.

Perfect spot, great value

Beautifully maintained property that is easy walking distance to town and the beach. The house itself is even nicer than the photos, including many little decorating touches like flowers in each room and a very very full set of kitchenware and knives. A good carriage for taking the (many) supplied chairs, blankets and umbrellas to the beach. The place really felt like home. Agate - our host - was also extremely conscientious about our check-in (which was a breeze). Our family of 8 had a wonderful, wonderful time. Thanks!

Amazing place

We had the most amazing stay at this property for a fall getaway. The town is beautiful, and our young kids loved walking to the lakes, beach and strolling through the town. The property is beautiful, including the outdoor space. My only complaint is that the oven wasn’t working, and the downstairs shower pressure is too low to actually shower, but giving this property anything less than 5 stars would be too nit-picky. Agata was very communicative and responsive. We would love to return again.

Magical Summer Getaway

I absolutely loved our vacation. The house is fully equipped with everything you could ever want or need for your stay. The owners treat the property like it’s a hotel - linens and towels are professionally washed, there are soaps and other bathroom items (blow dryer). We also loved using the beach items. The wagon was great. It is a 12 minute walk to the beach and is so nice on a beautiful day. The owners were so sweet and responsive. Very professional and really care about the property and their guests. We loved it so much that we booked again for next summer. Thank you guys for the best two weeks!

Amazing Home That Helped Create Memories

My daughter was married this past Saturday and we had the wonderful opportunity to stay in this amazing house. She and her bridesmaids got ready here and it provided the best backdrop for some amazing photos. The upper primary suite will forever be part of her pictures and it was here that her and her new husband came after what was a magical wedding day . The layout was perfect. The yard is beautiful and I don’t think the kitchen lacked anything ! The towels and linens all top of the line! Can not say enough about this home or the help host . Thank you for the memories !

Our second year spending a week in Spring Lake

After renting this house last year we liked it so much we decided to come back again to this beautiful home. Our teenagers and even the adults enjoyed riding bikes to the beach each day. This is a home that everyone felt comfortable in and we had plenty of room. My 86 year old mother in law was very comfortable in the first floor master bedroom and my wife and I took the larger master on the third floor. There was something for all of us at this home. We will be back again. Patty & Chad.

Extraordinary property!

This is a fabulous find truly deserving of both a five star rating and super host status. The house is bright, open, modern and immaculately clean. Not only is the inside comfortable and spacious but the outdoors is equally inviting. There are two outside levels with ample cushy seating as well as a grassy area with chaise lounges overlooking a lovely garden. The kitchen is high end and equipped for cooks. All four bedrooms are equally appointed so no one could possibly feel slighted if they don’t get the Primary!I could go on singing the praises of this house. It’s clear the owners take great care not only of the property but of the people they are renting to. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Christmas Holiday Stay

My husband, I and our two grown children stayed at this beautiful home over Christmas Week. The owners were very helpful, accommodating and communicative throughout the entire process. We asked if there would be Christmas decorations (prepared to bring a tree ourselves). They offered to decorate for us and WOW! There were TWO beautiful Christmas trees, a life-sized singing, dancing, Santa, and lovely decorations throughout the home. I wish I could share our photos. The house is gorgeously decorated and equipped with every possible thing you would desire for a luxury vacation! And it was sparkling clean! We would be thrilled to stay for Christmas, or any other time, again!

Everything as pictured! Fantastic home!

We had an absolutely perfect week at this gem of a property in Spring Lake Heights. It was really well located. The street is quiet, easy to get back/forth to the beach and very practical for food shopping & more. Most importantly, the house was beautiful and inviting. The garden and porch seating were so charming we almost didn't want to go to the beach! The host was incredibly communicative and the house was STOCKED with towels, linens, extra mattress and more. It was just perfect. By far one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever rented. This home is absolutely worth it - especially if you have a large group. The kitchen is fantastic for larger meals with ample indoor and outdoor dinner seating. Truly a spectacular and practical home. Thank you to the owners who made our week so wonderful!

Incredible Spring Lake Property

This is a beautiful house, well deserving of a five star review. The house itself is in immaculate condition, both inside and out, easily one of the most well maintained houses I've ever had the pleasure of renting. The house is very spacious with beautiful and comfortable furniture in each room. It's not just the inside that's well appointed, the outdoor areas are just as great, with multiple seating areas. In the back yard, there's a nice deck, as well as a patio, both with very comfortable furniture and umbrellas should you want some shade. So, whether you're looking to get some sun, or relax with a book in some shade, there's a perfect spot for you. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen is well thought out and the appliances are high end, and I'm sure would please any aspiring (or actual) chefs. I'd also like to acknowledge some of the "extras" that are provided for your enjoyment. While most beach houses may provide a few old, rusty beach chairs, I'm pleased to say that this was not the case here, all of the chairs were new and rust free, as were the very cool beach cruiser bikes. This was a very pleasant surprise. To me, this seems to show the high level of care and concern the owners have for both the house and your overall experience while staying at their property. The owners were very helpful prior to our stay, and they even reached out on check-in day to make sure we were happy and hadn't encounter any issues. I'd highly recommended this property!
