Tre sovrum tre badrum hem med en bonus casita som har ett badrum och pool. Bara några minuter från Avi Casino, Laughlin och lansera ramper. Nyinredda och ombyggda. RV-parkering bakom en grind på sidan av huset.
Det finns kungssängar i två av rummen och en drottning i det tredje. Master är stort rum med badkar och anpassad dusch med tre duschhuvuden. Det finns en balkong utanför varje sovrum. Vacker utsikt från alla sidor. Casita har en bäddsoffa i drottningen .. Det finns ett komplett badrum med dusch i casita. Casita har en egen luftkonditionering.
Poolen har värmare men kommer att vara en extra kostnad för värme.
Kök har förhoppningsvis allt du behöver. Vinöppnare och kaffemaskin för säker. Också en Traeger i trädgården för din användning.

Arizona Family Visit

The house was in a great location for us and with the pool it was a lot of fun for our grandkids. What made the experience one of the best we have had were the way were taken care of by Carla & David, the property managers.

Amazing Home

This house had everything we needed. Pictures do not do this house the justice it deserves. Everything was super clean and the pool was perfect. Will be staying here again for our next river trip.

Lindemann Family Trip

This house was amazing. We played at the Lake all day and came back and swam in the beautiful pool. Made the weather bearable. I would stay here again!! We had so much fun, Thank you Carla and David Slikker.

Peaceful and serene!

This property was everything it said it would be. Carla was available and would respond right away. It nice and refreshing to have a host provide all that they said they would. The house was clean and amazingly put together for our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking at it. -Jay

Amazing property!

This place is amazing! Pictures dont do justice. When I am looking for a place to stay I am looking for a clean house. This house is immaculate and the owners really do try to provide anything you may need during your stay. Every one in my family kept talking about how nice and clean the house is. We all had a great time with zero complaints. Ended up being a perfect weekend. I would definitely book this place again when planning a trip to the river.

Wonderful house

The house is large and roomy with a beautiful master suite with 'rain from the sky' and double shower heads, built in vanity table. There is a great view of the distant mountains and beautiful Arizona sunsets from the two large 2nd story decks. The back yard is very private and great for relaxing. The neighborhood is very quite, so this is not a get loud and party house. The pool room is a nice as inside the house and has a small kitchenette and full bath, so it's more like a guest house. Wonderful place, nice hosts, we'd stay here again!

The house was nice.smaller than expected .had an issue with the water an one of the toilets getting plugged . neighborhood was a little iffy .got the cops called for no reason an was charged extra for it so didn't like that .

The house was clean, offered everything we needed for a weekend with family. The pool area was perfect next to the casita. The great room offered the space to hang out and lots of comfy beds for sleeping! We look forward to booking again!

Heatwave river hideaway

Everything about our stay was perfect. From arrival to leaving. House was beautiful everything was clean and talking to owners was so simple. If I had to make any complaints it would be that the pool was smaller then we expected but that was no big deal it was refreshing and served our purpose of cooling off in this 120 degree heat wave. Definitely will stay again.
