A Superb Property

This was an absolutely great place to stay in New Smyrna Beach. Conveniently located, exactly the right size, and the manager was responsive, accommodating, and a true joy to deal with. We have reasons to be back next year and I will certainly stay here again

Clean and had everything we needed.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. In a great area for walks along the water. It also has a nice fenced in back yard. The host was very responsive to questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely time in this newly refinished house. They thought of everything we could have possibly needed. It was clean, comfortable, close to beaches, restaurants, and Downtown New Smyrna Beach shops and events. A lovely home away from home!

Great winter getaway

We've stayed here twice now. Very clean, great bedding, a fully stocked kitchen (we were there 2 months, so that was important to us ) we enjoyed the fenced in back yard/patio; those days when is was too windy/cool for the beach, it was great to sit out back and soak up the sun. The fully enclosed fence helped block those winds. Easy acess to beach, stores,and restaurants. The owner was very prompt and accomodating when we had a question. The property looks just like the pictures

Awesome Florida home!

We loved the Edgewater, New Smyrna Beach area. The house was wonderful. Plenty of room. The fenced back yard was very nice for when our grandchildren visited. Bikes we're greatly appreciated. We biked everyday to the beach, the inlet, Canal Street, the park, even to our favorite breakfast spots. Saw dolphins in the river and at the inlet. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to vacation in Florida.

We will rent this property again as it was perfect for us. I'm in the area often as my parents live

Our biggest regret was that we didn't take a bike ride on the beautiful bike path a block away with the bikes provided by the homeowner. The property and house were pristine. Perfect place for us! I will say it was difficult figuring out the TV in the living room, and it may not hurt to throw a smart TV in 1 of the guest rooms. That's just how my family relaxes. That aside, I feel like this is my forever property when I visit my folks!

Easy location

This property was in a great location! We were able to walk along the river, take a wick drive to walk along the New Smyrna beach, and easily get to shopping. The home itself had plenty of room for my husband and I to work from home while getting ready to close on our new home a couple miles away. The owner was great to communicate with.

Great stay during the holidays

We stayed at this lovely home during the week between Christmas and New Year's. We were in town to visit family who live nearby. The home is clean and well stocked with everything you need. This is an updated home with modern bathrooms and kitchen. The pictures on the listing show the house just as it is. Very nice. The bedrooms and beds are all very comfortable. There are also 4 cruising bikes and 2 children's bikes. The host was great to work with and excellent communication.

Long weekend

We traveled to Edgewater from Oregon for parents anniversary party. We are a family of 5, all our children are 18 and up. This house is nicely renovated, clean and all the comforts of home. The entire process with property manager was seamless.

My roots are in Florida, along with family members and friends I wish I had the opportunity to see more of! I like Real Estate and enjoy decorating. When I travel, I admire the details of where I'm staying. Clean is a MUST, along with soft sheets! Life is too short, travel more! xx

Varför värden valde detta boende

We chose this property in the New Smyrna area because last year I, myself was having difficulty finding a vacation rental home for our family that was affordable and nice. And I wanted to be in Florida more, so I simply fell in love with this beach house. It's airy and has a beachy feel to it, with a tropical backyard and hammock. It's our little piece of heaven! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
