Villa Cordelia is a charming two-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps 14 people. From Villa Cordelia you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Cordelia is 450 square meters (4850 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a small private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 9 km (5.6 miles) from Pistoia, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa Cordelia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Cordelia you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Please note that access to Villa Cordelia is along a 1 kilometer (0.6 miles) unpaved road.

The swimming pool is 5.5 meters (18 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. This area is also equipped with small sofas and armchairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Patio
The patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella and a gazebo. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a spectacular view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Garden
The garden is 30000 square meters (323000 square feet) large. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the hills.

Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room. The furnishings are classic and welcoming. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The furnishings include a small sofa. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The room also has two large panoramic windows with a view of the greenery and of the hills.
Family room
You will be able to enter the family room through a corridor. There is a big and age-old fireplace. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The room has two windows.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the family room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. There is also a wood-fired pizza oven. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the family room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
