Detta 7 sovrum, 3. 5 badrum hem är bara 3 hus från stranden och strandpromenaden ... ett perfekt strandläge! Gångavstånd till restauranger i Ventnor och Atlantic City, kasinon, shopping och mer! Jitney (en lågprisbuss) tar dig var som helst i Atlantic City för en mycket liten avgift och stoppet är bara ett kvarter bort. Du kommer aldrig att få slut på saker att göra och kan lämna dina bilar i 4-bils uppfarten hela resan. Detta är det perfekta hemmet för hela familjen att njuta av!

Koppla av bekvämt i vårt enorma öppna vardagsrum med stor platt-TV och gott om sittplatser. Dela en måltid i vår extra stora matsal eller ett välutrustat matkök med granitbänk. Fly med havsutsikten och brisen från din plats på den rymliga verandan eller njut av en familjens BBQ vid picknickbordet i den inhägnade trädgården!

Detta hem rymmer upp till 20. Två master sviter på andra våningen har vardera king size-sängar och en egen privat sittgrupp med havsutsikt och stor TV. Även på andra våningen finns 2 sovrum med drottningssängar, TV och 2 badrum. På tredje våningen finns två sovrum, vardera med madrasser i full storlek på botten / tvillingstorlek på övre våningssängar, PLUS antingen en bäddsoffa eller en enkelsäng m / rulla. Ytterligare ett sovrum på tredje våningen har en fullstor säng och en privat läsningsvrå. Det finns ett tredje badrum med dusch på 3: e våningen.

Fönster a / c-enheter i vardagsrummet och matsalen samt varje sovrum säsongshåller hemmet svalt och bekvämt. Takfläktar finns också i hela hemmet. Det finns gratis WiFi med lösenord. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår INTE men deras uthyrning är tillgänglig. Flera strandstolar, 10 badmärken och en propangrill tillhandahålls för din användning.

Back again and again!

This was our second summer staying here and we plan for a third! Hope and Jim are wonder owners, very responsive, and just lovely people to work with. We had 15 people at the house this year and it still didn’t feel cramped. The location is unbeatable. The neighbors are wonderful people as well. It’s been a great week!! See you next summer!

Spacious beach house

Excellent 3 levels house, big rooms, multiples showers and bath rooms. Big living room. Very close to boardwalk. Calm neighbourhood. Comfortable front porch.

We loved our stay at this house.The 4 parking spots were the best along with being 4 houses from the beach. We also found the house to be clean and the kitchen well stocked.The seniors appreciated the safety features in the bathrooms.The size of the house accommodated 2 families easily. We look forward to returning next year.We hope the outdoor shower handles work a little easier. Thanks Jim and Hope.

Family vacation

This house was perfect for us. We loved the front porch, sat out every night and enjoyed the cool breeze from the water. So close to the beach and boardwalk. The owners Jim and Hope were very responsive and helpful when needed. Overall it was a great stay and can’t wait to go back next year!

Location, location!

This house is located right off the boardwalk! If you enjoy older properties with some history this house is for you. It is a big house with large room sizes that can accommodate a big family. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because with a big family staying there you tend to cook more & the kitchen needs an upgrade of dishes/pots & pans, etc. We had a great stay!

Beach views and boardwalk ease

Three houses from the BEAUTIFUL, Ocean and Boardwalk. We enjoyed a walk every day down the Boardwalk to Atlantic, City, and all the attractions. The house was absolutely beautiful spacious the front deck offered ocean views in a cool breeze. If we ever make our way back to the Jersey shore, we will definitely be staying at this beautiful house.

Same Time Next Year

We had a wonderful week. We ranged in age from 3 mos to 71. Rooms were spacious, and we never felt crowded. The proximity to the beach was an added benefit, allowing for the grown children to go back and forth as needed. Hope and Jim responded when needed, though it was hardly ever! Wonderful family vacation!

This property was perfect for our family of 12. The access to the beach was excellent and the beach itself was beautiful. The front porch was wonderful to sip a glass of wine and the dining table was just right for all of us. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Great House. Beds are not comfortable

This is a great property and the location is fantastic. Worked well for our large family group giving everyone space. The only negatives are that the beds are uncomfortable but this year as our second stay we knew to bring a foam topper to help. The kitchen is a bit small too but nice.

This property is in one of the best micro-locations on Absecon Island.

This is a stately and well maintained 7-bedroom home built circa 1910. If you want to be in a safe location close to all the Atlantic City action, and with easy access to the Ventnor and AC boardwalk, this location cannot be beat. The beach is just four doors from this great home, which is primarily used by locals and not crowded with tourists who tend to convene more down beach. We have rented numerous homes in Ventnor over the years, and this one has been our favorite. ...and the woners are great to work with and very hos[pitable.

We enjoyed our stay with 3 generations. Having the house within walking distance allowed easy return

Having light switches marked helped us. Grands slept upstairs in bunk rooms. Adults could play games in living room without waking littles. Had so much fun! Thanks for renting.

Little Slice of Heaven!

We spent two wonderful weeks at this little slice of heaven. The first week there were 14 of us, ranging in age from 2-70. The house was terrific for all our needs. The rooms were huge and comfortable. We all loved the porch, living room, and dining room. There was plenty of room not to infringe on anyone’s space. The kids loved the outdoor shower, as did their parents. That way, no sand makes it into the house! The second week it was just the two of us, and we loved the proximity to the beach and the boardwalk. Late afternoons on the beach were perfection. Loved this property🥰

The Best

We usually stay at Ocean city but my wife myself and our two children with their families a total of nine stayed at Fetner for the first time. The location was outstanding much better than I anticipated East Lee convenient to the beach in the house was an exceptional condition, clean and very user-friendly. I highly recommend this location for use of a large familyOr any other events. Looking forward to next year

Enjoyed the house and proximity to beach. On the improvements front I can suggest the following: updates washer and dryer. Better beach chairs. Better mattresses.

Family Fun at the Jersey Shore

This is a great historic property built in the heyday-era of the Jersey Shore. It's location is great, with easy walking access via the famous boardwalk down to the casinos to the east or Margate to the west. With four King bedrooms on the second floor and space on the third floor to sleep a family of up to ten additional people, this is a great place for a family reunion. In a town where parking is a premium, this property features four spacious spaces for big cars. We would definitely consider returning to this property in the future.

Great extended family vacation

Our extended family stayed here for a week and enjoyed the home. The location was great…only a few houses away from the boardwalk/beach, walking distance to some places to eat, and close to Atlantic City or Ocean City if you want more action. The house was older but overall it was a large, clean house that worked well for our large family (12 adults and 6 kids under 6).

Great home

I had a great experience in this home. Its a beautiful home.....next to the beach.....plenty of room.....and the owners made check-in seamless. It was close to everything and the neighborhood was really nice. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures.

Jim and Hope är värd

We are the happy owner's of this gem. Previously handed down generation to generation we were fortunate to find and acquire this beauty for ourselves. Now we hope to continue the tradition of passing this lovely home to our children some day! Work obligations keep us from living in Ventnor year-round right now but in the future it is our dream to retire with our feet in the sand here.
You will find us responsive and helpful. We believe in adding those little unexpected touches to allow you to enjoy yourselves in our home and relax stress-free.
