Denna vackra 3 sovrum stuga i den pittoreska byn Verchaix, i närheten av Samoens, har ett öppet vardagsrum med fullt renoverat kök (diskmaskin, ugn, induktion kokplatta och mikrovågsugn), en bekväm lounge (lokal och satellit-TV + DVD + internet + telefon) och matplats med en mysig vedeld.
Sovrummen har härlig utsikt och stugan kan sova upp till 8 personer i 2 dubbelsängar / queen-sängar och 4 enkelsängar. Det stora sovrummet vetter mot en privat balkong med sensationell utsikt över dalen och bergen.
Det finns 2 helrenoverade badrum, ett skidtorkrum, tvättstuga med ny tvättmaskin, torktumlare, ett 300 liter varmvattenanläggning och väggvärmare i hela stugan. Parkering utanför gatan är tillgänglig för 3 bilar.
Koppla av på den täckta terrassbalkonerna som omger den första nivån och njut av byns fridfulla miljö och liv. Njut av oavbruten utsikt över skidbackarna på vintern. Barn kan utforska i den stora privata trädgården och det finns en grill för privat bruk.
Chalet La Chenaz är ett fantastiskt exempel på en moderniserad traditionell stuga, mycket välutrustad med nya faciliteter, rymliga och bekvämt beläget för alla säsongsaktiviteter i regionen. Det är verkligen ett hem hemifrån, mycket bekvämt och avkopplande, men också privat och fridfullt. Njut av!

Zalig verblijf

We hebben weer genoten van ons verblijf in deze chalet te Verchaix. Het is exact wat we nodig hebben voor ons gezelschap. Het uitzicht is fantastisch, het skigebied is perfect voor ons, de chalet is prima uitgerust en de verhuurders zijn zeer vriendelijk.

Très beau séjour dans le chalet La Chenaz à Verchaix.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce chalet bien situé, bien aménagé et bien équipé avec un très long balcon donnant une belle vue sur les sommets environnants et sur la vallée. Merci pour le livret d'explications fourni à l'arrivée.

Ideaal verblijf op doorreis naar de skigebieden.

Niet ver van de autostrade, inchecken met code. Kleine, maar kraaknette kamer en badkamer. Perfect voor gewoon een overnachting.

très beau point de vue du chalet sur la région .mais...

chalet sympathique avec point de vue sur le domaine grand massif . Accès dans la montée pas trop évident pour les véhicules. notre regret est la propreté du chalet à notre arrivée. saucisse en dessous le canapé , billes, tutute , sac en papier paire de chaussette..., poussière partout .ainsi que dans la chambre à quatre lits . nous avons passé la matinée du dimanche à faire le ménage à 3 personnes compte tenu des allergies de la nuit. Dommage!! (photos à votre disposition si vous voulez)

Toute la famille a très apprécié ce séjour dans une ambiance chalet très à propos pour ce réveillon.

L’ambiance chalet pour ce réveillon de Noël avec le feu de bois au milieu des montagnes enneigées à séduit toute la famille qui a soit skié soit s’est promenée et fait des emplettes dans les localités de Verchaix et autour. Très bon séjour !

Bonne location mais accès difficile pour une voiture sport ! Une grosse bosse vous attend à l’entrée

Très belle location agréable avec tout le nécessaire sauf l’accès voiture par le chemin inaccessible avec une voiture sport ou châssis bas 🥴

Séjour inoubliable dans la belle vallée de Samoëns

Chalet très comfortable, conforme à la description, super bien situé et avec une vue magnifique! On n’y manque de rien, ce qui est très appréciable quand on est loin de chez soi... Fantastically cosy and comfortable chalet.

Lovely Chalet for a family of 5. Convenient for the Morillon lift and the local supermarket. Nice and warm, good appliances and everything you could need for your stay. We had a great skiing holiday.

Fabulous week at La Chenaz, a really well equipped chalet in a beautiful area.

We had a fabulous week. We loved La Chenaz and thought it really well equipped. It was very comfortable and lovely to have a balcony to look out on the most fantastic view. The region was terrific and especially Sixt Fer a Cheval (I hope I’ve spelt that correctly) - what a stunner, we visited it twice the second time to go rafting (Nunayak at Sixt) which was great fun, the best rafting we’ve done in France. A trip up the gondola in Samoens was well worth it for the views at the top and to see the paragliders take off. We ate in Le Mendigote one night and had a delicious meal, so would definitely recommend this too. My husband and children went cycling up Joux de Plane (hired road bikes from Antonioz Ski in Samoens) and thought it hard but a tremendous ride. It’s a beautiful area, the first time we’ve visited the Alps in the summer and would love to return, Samoens is lovely town and having the Carrefour so close was really convenient. The weather was pretty good for us, only two days when there was some rain, otherwise sunny all the time. Many thanks for a lovely stay, best wishes. Mary

Great chalet.

Chalet was cosy but very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus. Beautiful view of the mountains. Pretty little village but easy access to a bakery and supermarket. Loads of lovely walks, swimming in the lake at the bottom of the hill when it's too hot. Nearby Samoens is a charming place with good shops and a great market.

Great accomodation in a great location.

The Chalet is a good size, good size bedrooms and great layout. It was clean, and well presented. Instructions for getting to accomodation and using household equipment are good. I enjoyed my stay immensely and found the Chalet a great base for getting around the region. Paul.

Fabulous view! Beautifully appointed.

We really enjoyed our week long stay at Chalet La Chenaz during September 2016. On arrival we found the chalet very clean & it is obviously well maintained. Very peaceful location. The weather was still quite warm so we were able to explore Verchaix & the surrounding villages by foot. Although we did have a car it was lovely to be able to walk many of the tracks enjoying the colours of Autumn. Enjoying breakfast on the balcony or having an evening drink watching the sun set was always a treat. The view from the balcony was beautiful both during the day & in the evening as the lights of the village below came on. The chalet was very well located for exploring further regions by car. An easy drive to Geneva, Annecy, Cluses, Chamonix, Taninges, Samoens. The beds were very comfotable and the kitchen well equipped. A very relaxed atmosphere our days could just as easily be spent curled up on the comfy couch with a book & the view. You could choose to do as little or as much as you liked. There were many outdoor activities available. We would also love to experience the chalet during winter but would happily return during the summer months too. We would certainly recommend Chalet La Chenaz.

A Beautiful, welcoming chalet with fantastic views

A very comfortable chalet with a wonderfully warming wood burner. The chalet felt good as soon as we stepped inside, with plenty of space for the seven of us; four adults and three children. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. We were skiing and found the garage and utility room very easy to access and convenient at the end of a hard day on the mountain. The heater dried the boots and ski clothing perfectly and the garage with ski rack easily catered for six pairs of skis and a snowboard. This was our ninth year in the valley and this chalet was one of the best we've stayed in. Our only criticism, a minor thing really is that if you have a car with little ground clearance the drive way up to the chalet can be a little difficult. The best way to approach it is by driving up very slowly front first as reversing grounds the front of the car out. We have a new VW Passat sport and it scraped every time. Our friends have a Four wheel drive pick up and had no problem. All in all 5/5 and thank you to our host Amanda.
