Restanca is a beautiful apartment, recently renovated and furnished, at the residential complex of Val de Ruda, located near Baqueira Beret's 1500 m elevation mark. The property enjoys a prime location, with easy access to the nearby gondola.
An ideal location for skiing enthusiasts. Restanca is a magnificent dwelling, covering 85 m2 and consisting of a living room with a fireplace, a chaise longue sofa bed, and a dining area with a kitchenette. Three bedrooms, one main with double bed of 1.5 m, and featuring a TV, safe and en suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The other two: one with a pull-out bed for two people, and the third with two bunk beds for four. These two rooms are served by a second bathroom with a shower. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished, with high-quality interior design, and includes a parking space and access to a built-in ski storage closet.
From the parking area there is direct access to the gondola via lifts, which take guests right to the entrance/lift ticket checkpoint. Enjoy your stay and all the conveniences of skiing while lodging at a newly built apartment located right on the slopes, and the incredible natural setting surrounding the Val de Ruda complex.
