Welcome to Parque Santiago II 178 - a charming duplex apartment located on the 3rd floor of the popular complex in Playa de las Americas, Tenerife. This delightful unit offers lift access for convenience. Step onto the balcony, where you can enjoy a picturesque view of the pool. The balcony is thoughtfully furnished with two sun loungers, a patio table, chairs, and a sun awning, creating an ideal space for relaxation.
As you enter the apartment through the patio doors, you'll find a cozy lounge area featuring an L-shaped sofa, a bookcase filled with a variety of books for guests to enjoy, a coffee table, a fan, and a flat screen TV with a wide range of English and international satellite channels. Adjacent to the lounge, there is a dining table accompanied by four chairs, perfect for shared meals or board games.
The kitchen is fully equipped to meet your culinary needs, boasting amenities such as a dishwasher, hob, tall fridge/freezer, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a gourmet feast, this kitchen has you covered.
