Ny villa av mycket god kvalitet. Mycket väl exponerad söder, sydväst, med en
mycket vacker havsutsikt och båtarna i hamnen i St suliac.
Det ligger i utkanten av byn "VILLAGE CLASSE" och helt oberoende.
På 200 m har du stormarknaden och bagaren och 3 restauranger och creperie i byn.
Tillbaka till villan: Stort vardagsrum med mezzanin och gångväg - modernt kök:

Wonderful location and lovely restaurant within walking distance

The property was wonderful, the view from there was out of this world. The local restaurant were all within walking distance and excellent, very welcoming, how ever from experience letting similar property the cooking equipment was very poor and the lack of hygiene facilities for example hand soap, taking into consideration the recent COVID pandemic. But saying that we had a wonderful time, well worth the money.

St Suliac holiday

We had a very nice 2week holiday stay at this property & the location was excellent in St Suliac but our suggestions for an overall improvement to this property would be a welcoming pack - upgrade to more comfortable settee &chairs - lack of hygiene products- kitchen pots very dated - the description is misleading this is not a new villa it’s a barn conversion & it’s now looking like it requires a lot of TLC-for example the patio decking area is a trip hazard &also the spiral staircase is a accident waiting to happen- the mezzanine bedroom is not private enough also this accommodation is too small for 6 people suitable for 4adults only. Overall we enjoyed our stay like the sea view was lovely for example but we would suggest further improvements as listed above!

Lovely in a beautiful location

We had a lovely stay in beautiful St. Suliac. Our host had communicated prior to our arrival that he may not be there at our arrival time however he provided clear instructions on how to get in to the property and came to welcome us. The house is beautiful and just as described, the views are amazing and proximity to the beach, shops, town centre etc is perfect. We like to cook when in holiday, the cooking facilities were fine but equipment and utensils were limited. Also we were only provided with 4 bath towels for 6 people for a week. Finally I would note, the third bedroom although being comfortable is only suitable for children, as received it is a mezzanine bedroom and open to the downstairs. For us, this worked but I would not say it would suit a third couple. We weren’t aware the 60e cleaning charge was to be paid in cash but Andre was very helpful and accommodating helping us deal with this. Overall we had an amazing week in a beautiful house in a beautiful village and would love to revisit

une bonne semaine de vacances

Les procédures de départ et d'arrivée ont été très simplifiées avec le propriétaire. l'environnement est très calme, la vue sur la Rance est très belle avec des commerces de proximité tout à côté. Dans les snacks au bord de la Rance, c'est très bon et copieux avec des commerçants très sympathiques. La location est très lumineuse, bien équipée et la literie est excellente. Seul bémol un escalier en colimaçon non indiqué dans l'annonce. Cela peut poser des problème pour une personne à mobilité réduite, un peu agée ou de forte corpulence. Cabinets de toilette et douche de petite taille. Mais ce fut une bonne semaine de vacances reposante

Schöne Ferienwohnung im idyllischen Ort Saint Suliac

Das Ferienhaus war hell, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut geschlafen. Man hat einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Der Blick auf die Rance ist fantastisch, vom Ferienhaus bis zum Ortskern sind es zu Fuss nur 100m. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Séjour très agréable

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé dans un village magnifique et une maison des plus agréable, très calme. Très belle vue, jardin protégé des regards et accueil sympathique du propriétaire. Côté équipement, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, la literie est très bonne.... Seul petit bémol nous n'avons pas pu nous servir du barbecue car la grille était douteuse niveau propreté, sûrement un souvenir laissé par de précédents locataires. A noter, la sympathie de la personne qui entretient la maison, lors de notre départ.

Une super vue, une maison au top

Maison très bien équipée, avec une superbe vue sur l'estuaire de la Rance, dans un des plus beaux villages de France. Très bien située, proche de Saint Malo, Dinard ou Cancale, avec un propriétaire super gentil. Nous recommandons absolument.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Die Aussicht auf die Rance und die ruhige, wunderschöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Ort Saint Suliac ist fußläufig in drei Minuten zu erreichen und bietet mit Bäcker, Lebensmittel Geschäft und Restaurants alles wann man braucht. Herr Tremorin ist ein freundlicher und diskreter Vermieter. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns gut erholt.

Perfect holiday in St Suliac

We enjoyed our stay in St Suliac. The house is modern and equipped with everything one could need. It is clean and the beds were made when we arrived. We enjoyed dinner from the terrace, with a lovely view on the Rance. Perfect- also with BBQ. The house is just outside a lovely small village, a 5 minutes walk to bars and restaurants. The location is also perfect to discover the area of St Malo.

Beautiful location

We loved the location of the house - such a pretty town with all you can need within easy reach. The views from the master bedroom and garden were fantastic and the house is bright and sunny. We had day trips to Rennes and Dinan which were very easily accessible. The house is tastefully decorated, well equipped, beds were very comfortable and the showers good quality. It is worth pointing out that the third mezzanine room, whilst a perfectly comfortable bedroom, is open to the rest of the house. There were screens provided for privacy, but it is not as private as the other rooms and there was some debate between our teenagers as to who was having which room! The owner met us on arrival and was very welcoming and friendly. We weren’t expecting the additional cleaning charge (60 euros) but opted to clean the house on departure ourselves instead. All in all, a great place to stay for our holiday in Brittany.
