This detached, ground-floor cottage is based in the village of Welcombe in Devon, and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Tidewood is a superb, ground-floor cottage situated in the village of Welcombe in North Devon. Hosting three bedrooms, including a super king-size double, king-size double and a twin, along with a bathroom and shower room, this cottage can sleep up to six people. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. To the outside is a large lawned garden and off-road parking for 3 cars. 1, well behaved pet. Tidewood is a fabulous base for anyone wanting to getaway from their hectic routines and relax in the Devonshire countryside. Note : Owner provides set amount of wood for duration of holiday ,notes are given on how to use wood burner
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Sky and DVD player, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and stairgate available. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Large lawned garden. One well-behaved dog is welcome. At the owners' discretion, 2 dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.8 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: There is an AGA cooker in the kitchen but this is not for guests.
