External utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.. Sitting-out area with garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: This property has a natural water supply from a spring.. The Bay is a modern, metal-clad holiday property that perches atop a sea cliff. It has views to rival any on earth with The Old Man of Storr, the Trotternish Ridge and across the inner sound and the Torridon mountains all within sight. It has been carefully constructed to be in keeping with its environment. This detached property, adjacent to the ownersâ home, has been beautifully finished to offer guests a very high quality space that truly lifts the soul. Being only a 1Âœ mile walk to The Old Man of Storr, The Bay is unique in being the closest holiday cottage to the world-famous sight. Other world-famous spots are only a short drive away, such as The Quiraing, Brothersâ Point, An Corran beach where dinosaur footprints can be found, Fairy Glen, Duntulm Castle and of course charming Portree. Enjoy a break away on the Trotternish Peninsula where The Bay is situated, alternatively Skye has three other famous peninsulas as well as the Cuillin Mountains to explore. You will wish you had booked for longer. Shop, pub and restaurant 8 miles.
