The 1st floor holiday retreat benefits from a bright and spacious layout, comprising of an open plan living room with double sofa bed, a flat screen TV and a large fully equipped kitchen diner, perfect for entertaining. The well-presented living room leads out onto a large sunny private balcony, which is furnished with an alfresco dining set. A master double bedroom and spacious family shower room complete the layout of this carefree retreat.
The 3-storey residence benefits from lift access, a private garage and communal outdoor swimming pool (open 1 June -15 September).

Today, Torbole is equally famed for its world-class windsurfing, thanks to its famous winds. The former fishing village, with its quaint harbour, Old Customs house and 15th century Casa Beust provides a scenic holiday spot too from which to enjoy other water sports, mountain bike excursions, picturesque walks and breath-taking treks.
The resort village is 9 minutesâ drive away from Riva del Garda, 14 minutesâ drive from the waterfalls and scenic footpaths of âParco Grotta Cascata Varoneâ and within 60 minutesâ drive of Verona and Valerio Catullo airport. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2025 to the 15th of September 2025
