The kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, and a dining table, as well as a satellite TV with a flat screen. There is an exit leading to the terrace from the kitchen area.

The property offers 2 showers/WC for your convenience. Outside, you will find a terrace with furniture and 2 deck chairs, providing a beautiful view of the sea. The house utilizes solar energy, with electricity supplied via a solar collector, which is dependent on the weather conditions.
