Unit Layout
The property is a 3-room semi-detached house with an area of 75 square meters, spread across two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright and cozy living/sleeping room furnished with wooden pieces, including a double sofabed, a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and a satellite TV with a CD player. This area opens up to a terrace. The open kitchen is also located on this level, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There's a separate WC on this floor as well. Upstairs, accessed via a spiral staircase, you'll find one room with a double bed and access to a balcony, as well as another room with two beds and a pull-out bed. There's also a shower and WC on the upper level.
