Denna 1400 kvadratmeter stora casita har två sovrum, två badrum, med ett fint kök med matplats för sex, plus en separat matplats för två. Med trägolv, vackra adobe-väggar, originella takviggar i viga, dekorerade med Santa Fe-möbler. Det stora sovrummet ligger utanför hällen, åtskilda av franska dörrar, sittgrupp, med ett badrum med dusch och jacuzzi. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng med badrum med dusch. Takfönster, takfläktar, central luft och strålningsvärme, TV, tvättmaskin / torktumlare och gratis trådlöst internet. Den har också en utdragbar soffa som är bekväm för barnen! This two-bedroom casita was amazing. Homey, spacious, clean and full of personality. We appreciated every aspect of our stay, from its location and walkability to nearby restaurants and the grocery store, to the centralized location near to various touristy things, to the comfort and hominess to settle in each evening. And one bathroom in each room (no sharing!) is divine. We experienced a power outage one night due to intense storms rolling through the region and the property manager, Mary Ann, was prompt and helpful in helping us navigate timing/candles. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed.

Perfect location

Comfortable, plenty of room for three adults. Able to walk to great restaurants, the Plaza, galleries, etc. Convenient for drive to Bandelier National Monument. Will definitely stay here again.

Tony’s Place

We enjoyed our stay at Tony’s Place. Very convenient to downtown Santa Fe. The area is quiet and easy walking distance to a lot of SF.

Lovely place to stay

The Casa was very nice and walking distance to the square. We enjoyed the front porch in the early morning coffee. Mary Ann was a great host and allowed us to check in early by several hours. When I venture back to Santa Fe you can bet I will be contacting her again for our stay!

Perfect spot!

This property was in a great location and was easily within walking distance of some great restaurants and the main plaza. The property was very cute and comfortable and perfect for a weekend get away. We would definitely come back!

Great location to plaza!

Our stay was lovely. A few minor issues but they were always addressed super fast so no worries there. Walkable to plaza and some great restaurants too - Dolina's and Las Pasquals are a must. If we come back to Santa Fe we would definitely considered staying here again!

Great location, cute house

We had a great time at this cute little house. Easy walking distance to the plaza and many restaurants. There was an issue with the heat. I texted Mary Ann and she had someone over to fix it within 20 minutes. I would stay here again.

Exactly what I was hoping for

Wonderful and cozy stay. Great communication and the Casita was a great size with so much culture, charm and warmth. Close to old town. Cozy beds and fully stocked.

Pros: property has enough room for 2 couples or 4 adults, good location and parking, comfortable. Cons: property was a little dusty, one of the showers is very small, the volume on TV is set very low and cant get it higher

Magical Santa Fe

Lovely house

We enjoyed this beautiful home in Santa Fe. There were 3 of us and we spread out between the bedrooms and the pull out sofa! No complaints at all. The kitchen was well equipped and so were the bathrooms. We had a wonderful stay. I would stay there again. Mary was a good communicator as well. Overall I would highly recommend this house. About a 15 minute walk from the plaza!

Tonys Place

We enjoyed our stay at Tony’s place. Everything was neat tidy and in order. The only negative thing I could say would be the road construction on Guadalupe Street. But that can’t be helped. It is a fantastic location and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Mary Ann was great and responded to our few requests without hesitation.Five starts to her for sure. Highly recommended and we will stay there again. Beautiful city with so much history.

After 20 years in the industry, my brother in law, Doug and two of his friends had purchased 10 properties, just off the plaza. Doug was living on site and asked me to come and take a look at them. When I came out to Santa Fe to take a look at these casitas, I fell in love with them! Tony & Sherrie own two properties right next door to our rentals!! They have entrusted us to watch over and rent their beautiful properties. Sherrie has exquisite taste and has decorated this place to the "T". Most of the furniture and decorations have been purchased in and around Santa Fe. It is such a pleasure to have such a beautiful property in our portfolio and I'm excited to show it to you!
