Summit Mountain Rentals Management did a great job with communications from the start of the reservation. The condo was comfortable, clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for skiing and shopping. The activities center, hot tubs and heated pool was very nice and well kept.

Can’t beat the location - one minute walk to town and one minute walk to Quicksilver lift. Unit is comfortable, well furnished, with wonderful views. There was always room in 1 of the 4 large hot tubs in the gym/pool area. Management was helpful - we had problems with digital keys and they brought over several key cards. It was nice too that unit came stocked with toilet paper, soap, shampoo, paper towels and detergent. We would stay here again!

We arrived at the Penthouse and found everything to be as advertised. The unit was clean and had all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent with convenient access to shopping, restaurants and all the activities Breckenridge has to offer.

Bright and convenient

We really enjoyed staying here for our skiing vacation. This unit is comfortable, great windows, and it is very convenient. It's just a few steps from the lift and easy access to Main St.

We loved staying at the property. It is a perfect location for families with kids; the slopes are right outside your door. Will definitely be staying again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spot to stay. Best location in town. Great amenities with the gym and pool. Rooms are nice, but could use a refresh. Unfortunately the TV decided to give up on us during our visit, but the management company quickly provided a new one. We have stayed in this same condo many times and will be back.

Spring skiing

We have stayed in the village many times in many different units. We booked this unit because of the great price, location and size of the condo. We had a nice stay. The condo is dated but is comfortable and was fine for our purposes. It also had a nice large outdoor patio with a view of town. The exercise room and pool/hot tubs have been renovated and were awesome. It’s a great location and I’d stay there again.

Great Breck Condo for 4 or More

Excellent location just steps from the Quicksilver chairlift and town. Spacious and well-appointed and comfortable. All appliances and cookware you'll need. Great views in 2 directions.Property management staff is very responsive and helpful over text. The Village App is a nice plus to have a fully virtual check-in process and avoid having to pick up and return physical key cards. We would certainly stay there again.

Best location in Breckenridge

Located in the center of all Breck activities. We parked the car in the garage and didn’t touch it again the entire stay. Everything was a quick walk away. The penthouse was huge! Very clean and comfortable. Great views from the multiple balconies. We will be back!

A wonderful weekend

This was our last weekend on the slopes, and it couldn't be more that it actually was. The apartment was just perfect. 70 yard from the lift, same distance from Main street. Hopefully we will stay there again next year.

Location, Location, Location

The location of this property was wonderful and overall made this a great trip. There was some hiccups (washer/dryer App wasn't working, parking pass was not where we were told it was, internet went out, locked out of room due to keys not working) but the property managers were always there to help and fix every situation. As I mentioned, the location was wonderful and property managers were always kind and there to help so we would definitely stay here again.

Great Location & Views

Great location. Excellent views (2 balconies). Easy check in process. Convenient parking. Don't need a car at all to enjoy all that surrounds you. Only negative was the screen door to the main balcony was off the rails a bit. Totally nit-picking here... Hard to beat! Definitely hope to return!

If only location was everything...

This property was in a very convient location which made slope time so much more plentiful. The check in process is quite poorly managed. There is a front desk at this location which is staffed with friendly knowledgeable people. The glitch, not all properties in the building are managed by these representatives. I would stay in location again but would book directly through Summit Mountain Rentals. This condo is in desperate need of new carpet. The space had an odd odor and the furnishings were quite dated.
