Njut av panoramautsikt från den skärmade däcken. (Inga flugor eller mesquitos). Många enheter har inte skärmade däck. Solnedgångar med en glas vin eller morgon kafé. Vilket bättre sätt att börja en dag eller sluta en kväll. INGEN STEG. 10% rabatt på veckouthyrning. Condo var helt ombyggd under våren 2017. Nya rostfria apparater, rymlig fransk dörrkylskåp, golv genomgående, badfängare, avföring, belysning, möbler. Läder soffa och loveseat. 4 platta skärmar (liten bdrm inställd för Netflix). Master svit har KING Bed, 2: a sovrummet har QUEEN och två sängar, 3: e sovrummet har en QUEEN också. Mästaren går ut till däcken. NYHVV. Elektrisk grill (behöver aldrig oroa dig för att du går tom för propan). LEDGES är ett mycket önskvärt ställe att bo och familjevänligt. 5-10 minuter till var som helst du vill gå. Restauranger, golf, vattenpark, outlet mall, minigolf, go-cart spår, Miner Mikes och The Landing. Ledges har en strand för barnen med pool i närheten plus en 2: a poolen vid punkten. The Point Pool eller condo siktat däck ger panoramautsikt över solnedgången. Mycket bekväm uppblåsbar madrass för 8 och 9 personer. 10x30 BOAT SLIP tillgänglig för $ 20 / natt. Inga husdjur eller rökare inuti eller på däck var vänlig. Kan röka ut framför. Super bekväma sängar och fina sängkläder. Jag har försökt att tänka på allt för din komfort. Till och med har en barnstol för barnen. Ligger på 21,5 mil markören. (Bilagor innehåller en indelningskarta.)

Very nice condo

Condo is very nice. You can tell it has been updated. Location is a very short walk to the docks. It wa a great having the condo At walk in level. Saves alot of steps. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels etc. Would definitely recommend.

4th of July family trip

Our family had a blast. Condo was perfect and accommodation were perfect. Great balcony overlooking the lake. Beach was perfect. We would definitely rent again.

Weekend Get Away

Great location. Unfortunately we had some rainy days, but the boardgames provided kept us entertained while at the condo. The pools on site were perfect even with a few sprinkles.

Fun Girls Trip

Condo was perfect for our girls trip ranging in ages from 2-84. Room was exactly as the listing. Easy walking from the parking lot which was great for grandma. Screened in porch made it great for the evening, NO BUGS! Cheryl was great to reach out with all the information needed. Will definitely be returning!

Girls weekend

We were very happy with our stay. It was a little noisy above us but we attribute that to kids staying in that condo. Wish we could have stayed longer. The host was very communicative and we weren’t afraid to give her a call. Would book this again!

Ground floor entry

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable condo. The beds were comfortable. There was no boat slip as listed so we did have to pay extra for that. The kitchen was furnished with dishes, pots and pans. No condiments so bring those. We did have a dispute about the condition when we left. I left a skirt there and have not heard it was found.

Perfect Lake Getaway

I took my adult children for a much needed mini vacation. Needless to say I picked the perfect spot! Incredible views, beautiful condo, great sandy swim beach . Cheryl has thought of every detail to make her condo a stress free vacation spot. We will definitely be back!

Nice Place for Family Vacation

We were very happy with this property, and we plan on returning to the same place next year for our family vacation in the Ozarks. The photos in Homeaway were accurate, and it has been nicely remodeled. The entry to the property was easy as it’s level with the parking spaces. Sometimes we had a hard time getting a space right in front of the condo, but it was a busy vacation week. Google Maps led us (and our visitors) accurately into the Ledges complex. We did have problems when we arrived with the keypad on the front door, but Cheryl was able to walk us through via cell phone. The kitchen was set up and furnished well for family meals, snacks, and such. We did have to get a couple nicer skillets/pans from Walmart, as the ones there weren’t in good shape. Living room was comfortable, TV worked well (with cable), and WiFi worked most of the time (needed a couple reboots over the week). Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for family of five with three young adult / teenage kids. Master bedroom is big, but the king size bed is very firm (too firm for us). The large screened-in deck was perfect, and we spent a lot of time in the mornings and evenings there. No bugs. Electric grill worked surprisingly well. Rolled shades stopped the afternoon/evening sun, but still allowed the breeze to come thru. We used the boat slip for a couple of days with a rental pontoon and Waverunner from nearby Agua Toys (basically in the same cove). Plenty of ducks, turtles, and small fish around the dock and beach to keep you interested. We used the beach, but not the pools much. The recent bad weather had left a bunch of floating debris (sticks, wood) in the lake and at the beach, but this cleared up after a couple of days. We hope to stay here again.

Great location, very clean

We stayed at Cheryl’s condo with another family and it fit us all very comfortably. Everything was very clean. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. The boat slip could be seen from the screened in porch, which was a bonus for us. Location was great. Close to Dog days, shorty pants and Redhead. Cheryl was great at answering all of my questions in a timely manner. We highly recommend staying here.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our 5 day stay. Great location and beautiful sunsets at night. Condo was nicely decorated and very clean, we really enjoyed the screened in porch! Weekend traffic picked up along with noise from neighbors, but overall great stay!

We loved staying at the Ledges. The condo was great for our girls getaway. Having a beach and 2 pools was fantastic. Very well located. Easy drive to restaurants, bars, grocery store and activities. Would definitely stay here again.

So in 2017, I rehabbed it from top to bottom including new furniture. I hope you enjoy staying here and will come back again. I have two sons and daughter-in-laws along with 4 grandchildren. Varför värden valde detta boende

I always thought of owning a home at the lake. I have two sons and their families and thought they would enjoy coming to the lake as well. With their busy schedules, we aren't able to use it as much as we'd like so I decided to rent it out. Coming to the lake with my friends and family members is so relaxing. There are so many things to do. Seven Springs Winery or Shawnee Bluff Winery are lovely places to listen to music and visit with your friends. Shawnee Bluff also has a pool for the kids. Making memories with the grandkids is something you will never forget. My grandchildren love going to Pirate's Cove Mini-Golf (5 min), go carts and Miner Mike's Video Arcade (10 min) on those rainy days. There are also Jolly Mon indoor water park at Margaritaville and Big Surf within a 7 min drive. There are many golf courses in the area and a YMCA close by as well. The local Main Street Music Hall is about 5 min away and Ozarks amphitheater with country singers. ENJOY!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I loved this place when I found it as the view is fabulous. I wanted a screened porch to keep the pests out and it was important to me to have NO steps. Plus bringing all your things from the car to the condo is literally 10 feet from the parking lot. All children love the beach and mine are no exception. There is also playground equipment and a nice pool. In addition, there's another pool on the point with main channel view. The association keeps the subdivision clean and in good repair .
