Vi är ungefär en mil från stranden - ligger precis vid avfarten från Route 1 till Rehoboth 1A. Vi ligger precis bakom Arena och Big Fish - i Rehoboth Beach Gardens.

Det här är vårt första år att hyra och vi har just avslutat sprucing upp på platsen - uppdaterade badrum, helt nya sängar, nya soffor och matsal, nymålad från topp till botten, nyfärgad utomhusdusch och veranda, arbetshack tvättmaskin och torktumlare och en ny gasgrill. Vi använder ett kodat ytterdörrsystem, så du behöver inte oroa dig för att låsa dig själv eller vem har nyckeln!

Fastigheten har en pool och är en tyst frist från craziness av Rehoboth Beach eller stranden. Thee community har besökare parkeringsplatser för tillfälliga besökare.

Great Stay

This was a perfect house for my family of 5. Minutes from beaches and boardwalk. House was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice as well. We had a great time.

Summer Vacation

Very nice 3 bedroom townhouse, enough room for the 3 of us. We enjoyed spending time sitting on the screened in back porch. Convenient location between Rohoboth and Lewes. The DART bus stop is nearby in front of the Big Fish Grill and within walking distance. The pool was around the corner and was clean and a nice size, with a bathroom on- site. The owner was very responsive and answered questions promptly. It would have been nice having a binder with all information, regarding the house, trash pickup etc., things to do nearby, restaurant suggestions, instead of relying on reading it on my phone. FYI there are no washcloths included in the linen package and we had to purchase our own. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood and would stay here again.

If you can book it, do it!

Location was excellent. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to both Rehoboth and Lewes, for twice the beach fun. Check in was flawless. Great to not have to bring linens. Check out was even easier. Clean up and go. Community pool is great. Not busy like a hotel “all tourist” property. Half the time we had the pool to ourselves. Paul was great with communication and any concerns we had. Will definitely book here again if we decide to go to Rehoboth or Lewes.

Paul’s townhouse was just as advertised.The place has all the amenities you need/want.Location was terrific, short ride to beaches,restaurants and shopping.I was very impressed with the ease of navigating the televisions,other places are difficult to say the least.The pool was great for the little one.

Great location

The property is close to restaurants and has a good sized pool which was very clean. The house is a good size and the kitchen has most of what you need to cook for a family (depending on your needs). The owner is very friendly and so are the neighbors.

Completely disappointed

Given the wrong code to access property Banister on front stoop wobbled, 2 rungs were detached at the bottom carpet had spots & needed a thorough cleaning, we had to wear socks at all times, and they became filthy during wear spiders & cobwebs were found in various places on prperty black hair on dresser and door Dishes were still in dishwasher, not unloaded Kitchen table was sticky Sun room flooded last two days Sliding doors to deck had a 'Charlie' bar for locking, no deadbolt - completely unsafe washer and dryer rattled and were noisy during use headboard in middle room squeaked, needed to be bolted to wall no headboard in small bedroom, no space to walk around old kitchen appliances outdated kitchen cabinets, no knobs, needs a good surface cleaning not enough room for 5 adults to relax master bath was a closet size, shower door opened into toilet property just didn't feel clean Had to clean and sanitize all surfaces Glass on coffee table was detached and almost slide off onto floor Old bathroom faucet fixtures online pictures of property were deceiving we have always stayed at properties that were pristine, this was subpar at best

Wonderful accomodations

We selected Paul’s rental home for our family vacation this year and were happy we did. The home had everything we needed, location was great for getting around, community had a nice quiet pool. Paul was wonderful to work with, accommodating and responsive. We hope to come back.

Great vacation!

We had a great vacation in this condo with a terrific pool...perfect after a day at the beach. Very quick trip (even with traffic) to Rehoboth Ave. and Dewey. Location was perfect. Paul, our host was fantastic and addressed any issue that we had in a very timely way. Check-in and out was seamless with no surprises. WiFi was able to accommodate those of us that had to work a day here and there and the kitchen was well equipped and the gas grill (with all of the utensils that you need) worked really well. Thank you, Paul for a great stay.

Great House and Vacation

We had a great stay and vacation at this home. From the moment we booked, we were welcomed and felt at home. The house was in a great location and gave us easy access to the beach, stores, restaurants, and the bus, when we decided to leave the car. The house was well-appointed and spacious. The host immediately addressed an issue we had. The pool, grill, and parking provided additional value. We would definitely stay at this house again!

Great Location

Overall, great place to stay for a quick trip to the beach. We happened to visit during one of the hottest summer weeks and the air conditioning definitely had a hard time keeping up. There were some issues with parking passes and beach towels, due to previous tenant negligence, but Paul was great at communicating and was accommodating.

Clean and comfortable

Condo was clean and comfortable. Suited our needs for a family of 4. Enjoyed the porch and gas grill. Kitchen is small, but manageable. Enjoyed use of the pool. Located near busy RT1, but plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Only a short bike ride to Rehoboth beach, or Cape Henlopen state park. Highly Recommend.

Nice place!

This place was really nice. Loved that there was beach chairs provided. We were able to hit the beach and boardwalk in just a short 5 minute drive. We were there right after labor day so the pool and tennis courts were closed. Wish we new that beforehand, but overall we had a great time.

Clean, modern location at a great location

Me and the family love this place, it was very clean and the host is very responsive about any issues. The only thing I wished is that the shower temperatures get cooler if both are being used so is not as warm as I would like, which is not as big of an issue in the summer. Very nice neighborhood and close to everything! Modern styled and nice open space to enjoy!

Lovely getaway spot conveniently located near Rehoboth Beach. Clean well stocked townhome with a great pool and multiple restaurants in walking distance. The owner is super responsive and happy to help with anything!

Great location, comfortable stay

We stayed here for a week in early August. The location is central to both Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches as well as lots of other great places. The property was spacious with comfortable mattresses, lots of storage and a wonderful open floor plan that our family of four enjoyed. The kids loved having their own TV's in their rooms. The pool area was a short walk away as well as very clean with furniture and umbrellas to use. Paul also communicated quickly with my questions. Very happy with the rental!

Great location and great communication

Place was exactly as described online. The linen service was perfect and we had no trouble at all. Communication with the owner was even faster than texting some of our closest friends. The location is a quick trip to get to the beaches at Rehoboth or Dewey and comes out at a light to head up to shopping or Lewes. We would definitely stay here again!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I love this neighborhood and community. Located right at the top of Rehoboth Avenue, just far enough away for quiet when you want it and busy when you want that. Location allows you to easily access all of what Rehoboth Beach and surrounding areas and cities have to offer. The community has both a pool and a tennis/ pickle-ball court, and the unit is big enough to allow people to have their own quiet time and come together when they want.

Each bedroom has its own TV with cable service, plus you can stream your own content (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) to any of the TVs. There are also HDMI plugins on all the TVs so you can hook up your own gaming system or similar if you like. There is a great kitchen with many conveniences and a dining area that can seat up to eight people. There is a good selection of supermarkets within easy driving distance. If your idea of a great vacation doesn't involve cooking, there are many great restaurants a short walk or drive away.

There is a screened in porch at the back of the unit, which also has a smaller dining table, and access to the grill and the outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach. The house has beach chairs and some beach toys for the kids and the big kids.

Downtown is a short walk, bus ride or car ride away and there is good Uber coverage if you don't want to drive. There is also very easy access to the Outlet Malls, movie theater, water park and a number of other businesses along route 1.
