"Här kommer solen!" Är en ny, 3 vånings stuga med 2880 kvm boyta och 700 kvm ft veranda utrymme i vackra Carillon Beach.

Detta hem sover 12. Den har 4 sovrum plus en våningssäng. Sovrummen har 3 king size-sängar, 1 queen size-säng samt 2 uppsättningar våningssängar. Det finns 5 badrum - alla anslutna till ett sovrum. Drottning sovrummet ligger på första våningen, perfekt om du vill undvika att klättra trappor. Huset är komplett med nya och eleganta möbler. Din komfort tas i stor hänsyn till den här enheten. Detta hus har ett fullt utrustat kök, bekväma veranda möbler, etc. Här kommer solen är perfekt för en familjesemester.

Matplatsen sitter 8 vid bordet och 4 vid disken. Vardagsrummet och varje sovrum har en platt skärm, smart TV med kabel och DVR. Köket är perfekt utformat för att njuta av att spendera tid med din familj när du lagar en stor måltid för senare. Det finns 3 verandor (andra våningen veranda är skärmad in) med utsikt över den charmiga, vackert anlagda och upplysta strandpromenaden och 2 balkonger mot inhemska skogar. Inga djur (inklusive servicedjur) är tillåtna eftersom ägaren är extremt allergisk mot hundar och katter. Tre parkeringsplatser tilldelas för denna fastighet.

Gästerna har tillgång till 2 uppsättningar strandstolar (4 stolar och 2 paraplyer) reserverade för "Här kommer solen" under högsäsong (3 mars - 13 oktober). Huset är komplett med en utomhusdusch och kran för att tvätta sanden. Bellview Park som inkluderar tennisbanor, en basketplan, en lekplats och en uppvärmd pool ligger bara några sekunder från stugan. Det finns också en annan "East Side" -pool som uppvärms under vår och vintermånader och "The Beach Club Pool".

Carillon Beach är en pittoresk, gated community på en av världens vackraste vita sandstränder med helt underbara solnedgångar. We had a wonderful stay at Here Comes the Sun, house had plenty of room and was beautiful inside and out. Close to pool, 3 minute walk to beach. Highly recommend, looking forward to staying there again next year.

What a perfect home for a large group! Our family of 10 was so comfortable in this clean, spacious, beautiful home. Decor was very tasteful and all amenities for an incredible stay were provided. We love Carillon Beach and will definitely return to Here Comes the Sun on our next Florida vacation!

This was our second time staying at Here Comes the Sun and it didn’t disappoint. The beach is a short 5 minute walk and the pool is literally just around the corner! The house has everything you need and is beautiful!

Awesome Location and Fun to be had be all!

The owner was great to communicate and our week in May was awesome. Two families shared this location and we had plenty of room and bathrooms. The location was great for tennis, pickleball and the pool. The walk to the beach was very convenient with us having older kids, every one grabbed their own items and off we went.

Our stay was amazing! The house was exactly as decribed. There was plenty of room for the ten of us ranging in age from 10 months to adults. Tara was excellent to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!!

Perfect Vacation

Another great family vacation in Carillon. Perfect location near tennis courts, basketball court, and large pool. Just a short walk to the beach. The house was clean and had all necessary items. This was our second year in a row in this house and looking forward to year three already.

Excellent stay!

I highly recommend this home. Two families of five stayed here, and it was plenty of room. The house was well stocked, and the owners thought of everything for us to have a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for us as it was doors away from the tennis courts and heated pool and it was a couple easy blocks from beach access. The house was newer and it was very clean. We loved hanging out on the decks and front porch I would absolutely stay here on my next trip. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Love this house in Carillon!

We absolutely loved our stay! Here Comes the Sun is such a cute house with a great location to the beach and pools. We have stayed here twice, and we have loved it! Something to note, we have crawling babies and the first floor was noticeably a bit dirty when we checked-in. It definitely doesn't stop us from enjoying our stay! Tara, the property manager, is very responsive and kind. We will continue to book our stays here!

very nice home, we will be back

we could not have asked for a better place to stay. the here comes the sun home was just perfect for our family of 11. my wife and me took our three kids two of them had their spouse and our four grandchildren. simply put a beautiful home and a wonderful place to stay. the community was so nice. we will go back there again.

Family Vacation

Here Comes the Sun was the perfect home to accommodate our family vacation. It is very well maintained and clean inside and out. We so appreciated close access to the tennis and basketball courts, pool, and greenbelt area to play outdoor games. We were also very impressed with the customer service from the owners. They stayed in close contact with us before and after the stay, answered questions, and expressed appreciation for our choice to rent their home. We were extremely please, and would have no hesitation in recommending this property!

Girls Trip 2019

Had a great time at “Here Comes the Sun”. Property manager was quick to respond on any issues. Check-in was easy and hassle free. Loved the layout of the home and all it had to offer. The only negatives were stains on the sheets and cleanliness of the couches in the main living area. It looked like the couch cushions had never been cleaned under.

We reside in St. Louis near our three children and four grand children. My entire family has been vacationing in Pinnacle Port and then in the homes of Carillon Beach since the 1980s. We love the community so much that now my three siblings and I all have rental homes in Carillon Beach.

We built Here Comes the Sun in 2016 to comfortably fit and suit our immediate three generation family. It offers over-sized bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The porches on the promenade side create family gathering spots and ideal spaces for playing games. The second floor screened porch is perfect for warm weather visiting and games. The bunk room is a hit with our four grand children!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love being just seconds away from the tennis courts, a heated pool, the playground and a park (an ideal spot for lawn games.). It is an easy walk to the beautiful, white, sand beaches and the ocean. The gated Carillon community is perfect for bike and scooter riding and for walking day and night. The lovely, shaded promenade provides an enchanting setting for our home!
