Sa Rota is a charming estate located in a rural setting on the outskirts of Ariany, a picturesque inland village of Mallorca, surrounded by almond trees, windmills and agricultural fields. An ideal destination for those seeking to disconnect in the midst of nature, enjoy the landscape and explore the island by bicycle or on foot.
The property extends over a plot of 5,000 mÂČ and has a habitable area of 120 mÂČ, distributed in 3 cosy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with shower, with capacity for 6 people.
The American induction kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as refrigerator, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, juicer and washing machine, offering everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The living-dining room includes satellite television in several languages (Spanish, English and German) and internet connection (WiFi).
The exterior is one of the main attractions of the estate: a spacious furnished terrace, private garden, barbecue and a refreshing swimming pool surrounded by nature. In addition, it has a covered parking area with capacity for 2 vehicles, within the fenced enclosure.
