Fernando was great to communicate with, he was there when we arrived. He was very organized with a presentation on the house, where to eat etc. The house itself was a 5 star experience. Very comfy mattresses, quality sheets etc. The location was great, a short uber ride to everything.

It was a great property for 5 of us (including 2 couples) and the garden area was well used! The property was clean and spacious but it was a bit of a distance away from the centre so we made full use of the pretty cheap Ubers!

The property was in absolutely pristine condition in an excellent location in Porto. The host, Fernando, was very accommodating and sat with us as he went through a PowerPoint presentation on the area, his recommendations, do’s and don’ts. Very highly recommend this property. Ten out of ten.

Great stay in Porto

Extremely clean and comfortable space for 8 adults (4 couples). Great common/eating areas which accommodated all of us at one time (hard to find this at most properties)! Outdoor space was nice, but needs more lighting at night. Fernando was the best host, great communication and very responsive! Great location, just a short walk to the city center and metro stops near by. Short uber rides to most other places. Highly recommended!

First time in Porto

Our stay at Fernando‘s place in Porto was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, Fernando went out of his way to make sure that our first family visit to Portugal was of the highest standards. The effort he put in to making sure that we were provided with information about the house, but also the beautiful city to which he was born and raised; was above expectations. The home had everything that we needed down to the smallest detail. The patio out back became our favourite place to hang out after dinner each night. Fernando is an incredible host and we would highly recommend him if you are planning on visiting Porto. Obrigado Fernando!

This is a perfect location for a family to stay and enjoy Porto and Fernando is an exceptional host. I let Fernando when we were arriving and he met us at the property to let us in and give us a complete tour and overview of the house. He also suggested local business and attractions that were worth visiting. The property had everything we needed to stay comfortably and it was very convenient to the metro and to downtown attractions. We would definitely stay here if we visit Porto again.

Perfect for our family trip

We had a lovely weekend staying at this property. There were six adults and one teenager so three generations. The house was very clean and Fernando met us at the house and because it had already been cleaned we got checked in early. He has spent a great deal of time preparing so much information to help his guests make the most of their stay. We had beautiful weather so we could take advantage of the outdoor garden at the rear of the house. The location is very good and we walked all around the city. There is no safe at the property and no washing machine but there is a laundrette close by if needed. There is a dishwasher which is handy. There are plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery etc. We loved our stay at Fernando’s house.

Lovely modern apartment

This apartment was just as described. It is absolutely lovely and well situated for an easy walk to the Douro River. Apartment was very clean and modern. Each room is beautifully decorated with lovely bedding and towels. Kitchen is well stocked and the host provided an exceptional welcome with details about Porto and amenities near the apartment. Would definitely plan to stay again with a large group.

Great spot in Proto

We had great stay in this property. The property owner met us on check-in and provided a very comprehensive review of his home. This home had everything we needed including an awesome back patio. Would highly recommend this property and definitely recommend eating at the restaurant right around the corner.

The outside appearance is deceiving but the inside was creatively designed and comfortable..The host showed us a well organized media presentation describing the house, explanations, and suggestions for sites to visit and places to dine.

This residence exceeded our expectations. Fernando was very helpful with the check in process as well helping with the parking space for our rental vehicle. The location was also awesome. Far enough away from the busy sections of the city but still within walking distance to all of the main attractions. Would highly recommend this residence.

Porto Perfect

We had a fabulous stay at Fernando’s place in Porto. The place was very clean and accommodating with a separate bathroom in all 4 bedrooms. Fernando met us at check-in and prepared a great tour site we used frequently during our trip. The location was perfect as we could walk to everything. If anyone is visiting Porto, this is a great place to stay.

The best getaway spot ever

On top of Porto being a great getaway spot, this rental was probably the best that I have ever stayed at. A truly brilliant renovation to a building with 4 impeccable rooms each with an ensuite. A great kitchen and common area as well as a private backyard. Fernando was a great host who pointed out all of the area amenities within steps of the front door. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Der Wohnungseigentümer ist sehr nett und bemüht seine Gäste zu informieren, einzuweisen.Kümmert sich auf Wunsch um Transfer, Reservierung Restaurant. Gut erreichbar.Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, optisch ansprechend, große Küche mit vielen Utensilien zum selbst Kochen. Größe Terrasse mit vielen Tischen/Stühlen. Kunstrasenbelag, fanden wir gut. Beton/Platten sieht ungemütlich aus, im Sommer sicher zu heiß. Rasen kann man wegen des Klimas vergessen.Zu Fuß ist das Stadtzentrum, einschließlich Fluß in 15-30 min erreichbar. Metro/Busstationen ganz nah.Im Winter ist die Heizsituation nur über die Klimaanlagen meiner Meinung nach, nicht so toll. Braucht lange zum Erwärmen, immer bläst es um einen herum. Im Sommer ist man sicher froh, diese zu haben, aber ich möchte die Nachts nicht laufen haben. Die 3 spurige Straße wäre mir viel zu laut, um nachts das Fenster zu öffnen. Das muss man wissen.Wir würden aber dennoch wieder kommen.Bäckerei und Tante Emma Laden je 100m entfernt. Auch sehr praktisch.

Fantastic Space

This pretty was the height of luxury! Our family of 7 fit perfectly. The beds were large and comfy and the bathrooms were big. The common room area was stunning and the entire place was super clean. We also enjoyed using a code instead of a key (easier with a family of 7 people). The terrace outside was also beautiful and a good place to relax with a glass of wine and play cards. The host was fantastic and responded quickly when we needed his assistance.

Lovely House for a Group

This full house rental (4 bedrooms, 4 baths) is conveniently located. Fernando, the host if amazing. He was there to greet us and give us lots of information to make our stay special. The house is immaculate and has all the amenities you could ask for. Would recommend to anyone looking for a property for a group.
