Denna lägenhet på bottenvåningen ligger på Amelia Island Plantation i Sea Dunes Building. Njut av de hundra år gamla Live Oak Trees som draperar vägarna och cykelvägarna bredvid havet. Oavsett om man cyklar på miles av stenlagda cykelleder, fiske, shopping eller ridning på stranden, finns det alltid något att göra på Plantation! Flera restauranger finns också på plantagen för enkel matsal. Ocean främre bottenvåningen 3 sovrum / 3 badrum lägenhet. Endast en 50 gårds promenad till stranden !!!! På plats pool. Andelslägenhet har två sovrum med kungssängar och ett sovrum med drottningssäng. Utomhus uteplats med bord och stolar, 2 schäslonger. Stort gräsytor mellan lägenhet och strand. Perfekt för gräsmatta och för barn att leka!

Great location close to ocean

Cute and comfy condo. Able to walk off of the back patio and down to the beach easily. Nice pool that was not overcrowded in July. Plenty of pans, silverware, cups etc for the number of people the unit accommodates. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo

They literally thought of everything from kids cups and plates to wine glasses- truly anything you could need they had. The Condo was beautiful and none of us were ready to leave. We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful Stay

Condo was beautifully decorated, well equipped, and very comfortable in a great location. Perfect for 3 generations of our family. While there are numerous wonderful restaurants nearby the condo was well equipped to make delicious meals.. The hosts were quick to respond prior to and during our stay. We hope to return.

Great family vacation

The whole family was very impressed with the condo. It was a great week. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Every detail was accounted for. Being on the ground floor was perfect. Easy access checking in and so convenient to beach and pool It was the first family beach trip with our 10 month old grandchild and the location was perfect We really enjoyed how quiet the condo and the beach were. Very relaxing. We definitely plan to rent again. The owners were very fried and quick to respond to any questions we had.

The check-in process was received in an email and a telephone call with Rick, the owner. He was excellent to work with and answered all my questions. A very nice person to work with.The kitchen is beautiful, and it was stocked with every glass, dish, utensil and condiments needed to prepare snacks and meals.

Great vacation rental

Enjoyed our stay again. This is a wonderful property for families with children. One level and spacious. My only complaint this visit was that the cleanliness was not as good as we've experienced in the past. I had to reclean the toilets and wipe down countertops again. Not sure if it had been awhile since it was cleaned or someone was in a hurry. Anyway, no big deal, but was just a bit disappointing. Would definitely stay here again however.

Fabulous beach retreat

We have traveled to Omni Amelia Island Plantation for our family’s beach stay at least eight or nine times and have stayed at various condos within the resort. This unit was by far the best accommodations yet. Very clean and well appointed (no inexpensive furnishings here). Kitchen was very well stocked, ease of access to the beach was super,. Peaceful and lovely decor, with large bedrooms and VERY comfortable beds. Gracious provision of comfy beach chairs and thoughtful considerations throughout! Highly recommend this unit!!!

Spring Break

We love Omni Amelia Island and have stayed at several condos there. This condo was in a wonderful location and exactly as pictured/described. It was roomy and well appointed. My only feedback is that they need a bigger water tank. We had six people and if we all took showers in the same time frame, the 5th person had like warm water and the 6th cold. Also, the washing machine repeatedly got unbalanced with even a very all load making doing laundry difficult, especially towels. Aside from that, we had a lovely week and would recommend this rental to others.

Best EVER Family vacation July to August 2023

Our entire family enjoyed our vacation at Sea Dunes. We were parents, two children & their spouses, 14 year old granddaughter, 22-month grandson, & 4-month granddaughter. My son & his wife stayed in the resort. We took family portraits and were able to include in-laws from Jacksonville. We cooked gourmet meals & a fish boil. We swam in the ocean & the pool from morning to night. We played games & we argued. We laughed & we cried. Most of all: WE LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF OUR TIME AT YOUR SEA DUNES CONDO! Thank you so much! Specifically the condominium is warm and inviting. The bedroom each have a king bed and bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of utensils,moots, pans & dishes. My husband & I especially enjoyed the master bedroom and bathroom suite. So luxurious! Grace family, Silver Spring, MD

Perfect Family Vacation

This was our third year staying in the great condo. It is beautiful and the location is perfect. Close to the beach and the pool. Condo has everything you need for a perfect stay. The owners are wonderful. Very responsive to any need. We will definitely be back

June 2023 Vacation

The ground floor condo is perfect for our family - just steps from the beach and the pool. This is the second year we have stayed in this property and we love the location.
