The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen also has access to the terrace.

The vacation property comes with two showers and two toilets, although one of the shower/toilet units can only be accessed from the outside. Heating is not available in all rooms. There are two terraces with a total area of 12 square meters, covered with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and two deck chairs.
