Nyligen uppgraderade och välskötta 1500 kvadratmeter villa.

Vår lägenhet är översta våningen mitten enhet. Det är mycket rymligt med 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, ett stort vardagsrum, fullt utrustat kök, tvättstuga, högt i tak och 2 balkonger.

Enheten har nya laminatgolv, ny färg, nya sängkläder, ny inredning, nya smarta TV-apparater, nya möbler, gratis kabel-TV, gratis HBO och gratis WiFi!

Vår enhet har också ett privat garage med 2 reserverade parkeringsplatser, en utedusch och 16 fottak med takfläktar i alla rum. Det stora familjerummet har 21 fot sektion, 55 "smart TV och gott om utrymme att underhålla.

Det finns plats för att sova bekvämt 9. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, badrum och balkong. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och balkong. Det tredje sovrummet har två våningssängar: en tvilling-över-full och en tvilling-tvilling. TV i varje rum.

Inkluderad är en full-size tvättmaskin och torktumlare för din användning. Ta med egna sängkläder och handdukar.

The Condo ligger drygt 1 block från alla aktiviteter i Wildwood. Free Beach, Boardwalk, Moreys Pier, Convention Center, närliggande restauranger och barer. Fox Park ligger bara ett halvt kvarter bort och har basket och tennisbanor, gungor och utomhusevenemang. Vatten och nöjesparker finns också i närheten. Allt inom gångavstånd - så behöver du inte köra.

Cape May är 4 miles away och Atlantic City kasinon är en kort 30 minuters bilresa bort.

Nice Wildwood Vacation Spot!

The unit was just as advertised, in a great location with easy access to the beach. The place was clean, very well equipped, and tastefully decorated. My family had plenty of room, and really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

Clean, tastefully decorated and spacious. My family enjoyed the kitchen, & air hockey table. Great!

This is a great place to stay, close to the Wildwood beach, accessories for the beach available, nicely equipped kitchen for our professional chefs to prepare meals. The full sized washer and dryer was useful, no need to pack loads of clothes. We washed mid-week, and before we packed up for our drive home. Once home, we just hung up our clean clothing. We enjoyed “Girl’s Night Out” playing BINGO at the VFW Hall nearby. Friday night’s Fireworks were an unexpected treat seen from the back patio balcony. We also enjoyed the informative and entertaining dolphin watch cruise too.

Spacious and CLEAN condo

The beautifully maintained spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is awesome if you have a large number of people. We only had 4, but my son and daughter were thrilled to have their own rooms. It is close to the beach, maybe a 10 min walk, and the boardwalk is even closer!

Convenient Wildwood Location

Excellent location in wildwood, minutes from the boardwalk and the beach. Convenient parking (2 spots) located underneath the condo in a private garage. The condo had a spacious living room and a great porch to enjoy. All 3 bedrooms are adequately sized and could fit a family of 4-6 easily. I would highly recommend this location for any family looking for a wildwood beach weekend or anyone visiting the convention center for an event.

Nice but not wow

Owner is responsive, although we did not encounter many issues. Dishwasher is older and seems to take longer than usual. Shower head stream in master suite is not good even when adjusted. Parking spots in garage are tight, especially the one in back of garage. Nice that parking is free on street. Soundbar to main tv does not respond to remote to adjust volume; had to adjust manually on bar or turn off and use tv speakers. I did not engage owner on this stuff because it was mostly just an inconvenience that I didn’t think warranted bothering them. They can fix that for future renters. Front deck screen door needs greasing yo slide more easily.

Wonderful Vacation

Loved the high ceilings, all items were there that was described online ( cooler, beach cart, chairs, coffee pot etc.) Super easy check in and check out process. We had a great time and were close to the beach. We had some older family members that did not do so well going up 3 flights of stairs or walking to all the piers since we were closest to the first pier. Took tram car option. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious & Close to beach with lots of amenities

This rental is on the 3rd floor of a condo building. There is no elevator, only stairs, which wasn't a problem for us. It was bigger in person than the photos make it appear, which was really nice. Cute decor and great wif. Perfect location within walking distance from boardwalk/beach and a number of restaurants. Perfect for families with toddlers or older kids. The outdoor showers were a life saver to rid ourselves and our kids of the sand from the beach before coming inside. Bedrooms are beautiful and decently sized, however the king bed in the biggest room is so incredibly hard that it feels like you're basically sleeping on a floor. The bathrooms are nice and the showers have great water pressure but both of them release a very high pitched squeal the entire time you're using them. Of the issues that can arise on vacation, I will consider the ones we experienced very minor. Kim was prompt with responding to messages and very friendly. I definitely recommend this rental.

Nice views within walking distance to the beach

Spacious open living area and well stocked kitchen on the third floor with views of the Ferris wheel. A few blocks to the boardwalk and beach. Double bunk beds were a hit with the kids as well as the air hockey table. Great communication with the hosts.

Spacious and Beautifully decorated condo close to beach and boardwalk!

Condo was spacious- enough room to fill the 3 bedrooms and have room for everyone to relax! Short walk from the beach and boardwalk- so close my two young kids could walk it themselves! Such a tastefully decorated home with all the kitchen gadgets you’d need! Kim and Mike are super responsive and nice hosts. We enjoyed ourselves and look forward to coming back!!!

Beautiful condo - great location!

This was our first experience on VRBO, and I was a bit nervous, but we were thrilled upon entering the condo. Everything was beautiful and fit our two families perfectly. We were in Wildwood for a wrestling tournament, and all the boys appreciated having somewhere comfortable to come back to, and being able to walk to the convention center was great! We hope to be able to rent again next year when we’re back for the tournament.
