Perfect location to explore Rome

Our group of 5 had a nice 2 night stay in this Rome apartment. Considering it was in the heart of the action it was surprisingly quiet!

Perfect location!

This apartment is the perfect location to walk to all major attractions in Rome. We walked to the colleseum, the Vatican and the Trevi fountain. There are many restaurants around the apartment and the owner came over to introduce himself and told us about some of his favorite restaurants. I’d highly recommend this place.

Great location and very clean!

The apartment was super clean and a nice size for a family of 4. The location was perfect close to many restaurants, shops and attractions. I would stay there again.

Truly the heart of Rome

We loved our stay in this cozy apartment in the heart of Rome. Just steps to the Pantheon and yet quiet and relaxing. The apartment fit our family of five comfortably and the kitchen and dining area allowed us to cook meals for oursleves. When we didn't eat in the apartment, we had our choice from the dozens of eateries nearby. The stairs up to the apartment were intimidating at first, but not a problem. Those with mobility concerns should take note that there is no lift.Roberto made everything very easy for check in. We hope to be back!

Amazing location in Rome

We were so happy with our stay. Our expectations were exceeded. The apartment was incredibly comfortable and clean. Contact with the host was excellent. The location is within walking distance to everything, a block away from all the tourist action yet still on a very quiet road. There are three long flights of stairs to get to the apartment, which was fine for us, but just keep that in mind if lots of stairs are an issue for you.There are about a million tourist trap restaurants in the area, nothing wrong with any of them, but after a couple of days of eating at those places we really appreciated finding the many authentic local spots.

Beautiful apartment 5 minutes from the Pantheon

This property far surpassed the pictures. It was beautifully decorated and had so much style. Extremely clean. There are stairs to climb as its on the 5th floor, but the location is perfect. Its literally 5 minutes or less to the Pantheon. Roberto was very responsive and check in and check out were extremely easy. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, wish it could have been longer. and out were super easy.

Felt like home

The apartment was located perfectly- an easy walk to the major sites. It is very clean and well supplied for a weeks stay. Roberto is a great host. I would stay here again.

Super Lage - Viel Platz

Die Ferienwohnung war großzügig und erstaunlich leise. Die Lage einfach super. Die Treppen wie bereits beschrieben nicht für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen/ Kleinkinder geeignet. Das eine Bad hat permanent nach Gulli gerochen. Das war unangenehmen. Die Küche ist spartanisch ausgesattet ( Gerätschaften). Keine Geschirrhandtuch und keine Geschirrspültaps. Schneebesen oder Nudelholz Fehlanzeige ( ist aber auch vielleicht zu speziell). Der Nachmieter klopften 10:20 Uhr energisch an der Wohnungstür. Check Out war zu 10:30 Uhr vereinbart. Das hat Streß erzeugt und Verwunderung her vorgerufen. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen, da wir viel Platz zur Verfügung hatten und Rom zu Fuß erkunden konnten.

Excellent Location

Great location, with rooms being very large. Easy access to all the attractions within central Rome. Great communication with property manager with very helpful information about where to have the best coffee & meals. We would definitely recommend this apartment & would rebook next time visiting this great city of Rome. The most amazing experience to walk a very short distance from this accommodation and be standing in front of the amazing Pantheon.

Great Location and close to amazing food!

Great food and attractions near by! Be aware that they don't have an elevator so getting luggage up 3 or 4 flights of old steps might be challenging.

Not as expected for the money

I would like to transparently defend why this location was given a sub par rating.First off the apartment entrance is located in a back alley that local cab drivers do not service - prepare for a little walk with your luggage then wiggle thru a tight doorway and ascend 4 large sets of stairs. The apartment was large but overall lacked character and charm. Neighbors are loud, dogs bark. Bedroom #.1 had two twin beds jammed together that would not stay together leaving a great gap. Bedroom two mattress was sufficient but the bedding in armoire was stained and unusable. Bath towels were also stained and in poor condition . Living area and kitchen were sufficient to relax in. Upon arrival the apartment was very hot and not fresh. We located the remotes for AC and turned on the three wall units,left to get a meal. We did forget the owners request to place the city tax in the lock box when we headed out. At some point we received multiple rude messages about not having placed the 36E in the box and we told that we left a light and the AC on. The lock box was outside of the apartment not inside. The owner stated that the cleaning people found the Ac and lights on. They entered the apartment, never cleaned but did turn the lights and AC off. The repeated messaging was rude and uncalled for as well as the entry under the disguise of cleaning. Our expectation of privacy was not met. Nice location, unusable balcony. You can find much better for your $

Lovely apartment really close to the Pantheon. They said it was a third floor apartment but it was many more flights up. The beds were comfortable and it was a treat to have two bathrooms with 5 people. The shower in the back bedroom is directly in front of a window that needed to be open for ventilation so I felt like I was on display but otherwise very nice.

Roma family trip

Great location. Apartment had everything we needed for our family of 5. Just around the corner from the Pantheon, near lots of shops, restaurants and cafes, bakeries and gelato shops. It is a high 4th floor walkup. So be prepared for that workout.

Nice flat good location

The host was very helpful and accommodating. The apt was clean with great location to many attractions and food. Air conditioning was a must with our trip being in July. Would recommend it for a family with older kids. This was on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Very nice place

Well located and nice place. Roberto was very kind. We were rushed in the morning and were a bit panicked because our taxi driver was late and left on the AC . Roberto let us know but was very understanding. I highly recommend this place

Great set up! Easy access. Close to Pantheon. Wonderful host.

Fabulous host. Communicative and kind. Nice furniture and perfect small kitchen that fit all our needs. Washing machine without drying feature surprised me but worked fine for us, but good to note. Loud squeaky bathroom door & mold in bathroom ceiling but everything else was pristine and lovely. We would definitely stay again! Oh-shampoo and conditioner provided but teeny tiny bottles and no coffee so just remember to bring your own!

Flat with great location

Very comfortable flat for our family of four during our two week stay. Everyone totally enjoyed the flat and the ability to wall to all the sites, good restaurants and cafes, grocery stores and pharmacies. Logistical heads up- Since we were a long stay we had to empty our own garbage a few times to recycle site 7 minutes away; pay for clean sheets and towels after one week; pay a hefty cash only Rome city tax on arrival. These are not complaints just FYI if you plan a long stay. Roberto was very quick to answer our questions while there and very easy to work with. Everyone in my family rated it 5/5, and if they return again to Rome they hope to stay there again. Grazie Roberto for a memorable family vacation.
