In 2025, private housing is being constructed at the back of the house beyond the courtyard. Therefore, some noise might be heard during the day.

The apartment overlooks the green of the vineyards and Garda hills, offering a enchanting view. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment. From Monday to Saturday, the municipal bus shuttle is available to reach the center of Bardolino.
