Stor 4 sovrum stadsbostad i närheten av Eagle Point i Lewes, De. Rätt bort från väg 1 med snabb åtkomst till både Lewes och Rehoboth stränder. Nära till restauranger, attraktioner och butiker.
Stadsbostaden är fullt möblerad med alla bekvämligheter som behövs för att njuta av din semester. Köket är välutrustat för att laga mat och äta i. Matsalen är möblerad med ett stort bord för att njuta av måltider i familjestil. Det finns två separata vardagsrum och solstolar för att titta på TV (55 "), spela spel eller bara koppla av. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och eget badrum på första våningen. Tre ytterligare sovrum på andra våningen med dubbelsäng, dubbelsäng och 2 våningssängar. Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. Owner was very prompt getting back to us. Friendly neighbors, prime location, very spacious. We have stayed many places in lewes before and this was one of our favorites.

Terrific Townhome

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Home was exactly as advertised. The host answered my call when I contacted him and he was very pleasant to work with. We are already hoping to book another week next year at this property.

Great house. Great location

We stayed at this house with our two children and our friends and gheir children. House worked out great for us, as we had a baseball tournament that weekend nearby.

Perfect House

We stay often in Lewes and this property was perfect. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and the location was convenient to everything and very quiet. The house could not have been any cleaner and a ton of space for everyone. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful family vacation

Absolutely perfect location. Not far from beaches, and not in all the rif raf. The house was very spacious, and suited everyones needs. Very relaxing and quiet.

Great location, comfortable stay

Great distance to Lewes and Rehobtoh beach. Exactly as described, with a very comfortable layout. Tons of board games and entertainment for kids. Community pool was quiet and comfortable. Saving for future stays. Host does a great job communicating with information.

Great home away from home.

Spacious, comfortable place for 7 family members. Especially liked main level master bedroom and bathroom, fans in all bedrooms, large kitchen, screened-in back porch, lovely swimming pool in community.

Always a great stay at this house

Great family vacation!

The house was perfect for our family to meet for Thanksgiving. There was plenty of space for four kids and ten adults. The common area upstairs was the perfect escape for the kids. I will echo that the mattress could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable and are noisy. The location was easy access to everything and parking for three cars was easy. We look forward to spending another Thanksgiving here!

Easter 2023

This is our second year renting this house for the Easter weekend. Our family of 4 met our and our friends (another family of 4) stayed here for an extended weekend. It has great spaces for everyone to gather or have their own privacy. House is centrally located for our needs. It's clean and well stocked. We had a wonderful time.

Family getaway for nine

Lovely home. Upstairs double bed bedroom could use night tables, reading lamps. Someone should also check for burnt-out bulbs. We replaced 2 in the ceiling light. Replacing the double bed with a queen bed would improve the room for adult guests. Aside from that room, we love the house. Please accept our constructive criticism as a positive offering . A wedding weekend memory making home!!

I picked this house for our family and others to stay for a wedding last weekend. Due to the rain it was almost cancelled. Big Fish pulled though for us!! But this house!! Was beyond our dreams. Huge, spotless, oversized bedrooms and loft. Beautifully decorated. The owner was just a phone call away. The morning of the wedding the brides family came to join us to get ready. We used the large first floor bedroom which had so much room for us girls. The beds were comfy. The enclosed deck was a plus. We made amazing memories that weekend, and the house was a big party of it. I can't wait to book it again, and others who saw it agreed they would love to as well. You will not be sorry about this gem!!

Beautiful house!

If you're looking for a quiet neighborhood to get some well deserved rest, well, this is the house for you. We had an amazing time, the adults had a living room to themselves and didn't have to fight for the TV control. The younger ones took over the TV from the second floor with the Xbox console. We were there in a week that had a lot of cloudy time, but even then we enjoyed the pool. The Rehoboth beach is only 20 mins away, and they have rental chairs at the beach and umbrellas too, so don't worry too much if you forgot about them. There's a Home Depot right in front of the house, and Acme is about 5 min drive away. There are many local farmers so we were able to get some fresh picked corn and other vegetables and preserves. Just don't forget about the bed sheets and you should be good to go.
