The property has one room with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, another room with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long, and a children's room equipped with one bed measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long, as well as two pull-out beds for single occupancy, each measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long.

The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The property also features a shower, separate toilet, and a double hand basin. Electric heating is provided, and there are two covered terraces with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and two deck chairs.
