A enjoyable second stay

This is the second time myself and my family have stayed at this villa. The outdoor space is second-to-none - it’s fantastic - the pool (in July / Aug) was so warm. So leisurely to swim in. There is complete privacy for the villa. Again as with the last stay, the track to the villa is bumpy and needs a sturdy car to tackle it. The inside of the villa is well loved. Each of the rooms have air conditioning. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment. This is the only area that could do with a little modernisation - but this did not impact our stay. I’m sure we will book again soon

We had a lovely holiday at Villa Heaven. Pool was perfect and grounds were beautiful and very private as no other properties surrounding villa with the added bonus of the villa having a very loud Bluetooth speaker which was perfect for music around the pool without upsetting any neighbours. Beds were comfortable and Air Conditioning was good as nights were very humid. Villa is a five minute drive away from Protaras main strip but can be walked in 15 minutes but i would advise to have a car as roads leading to villa are very hilly, rocky, uneven and very dark at night. The only thing that this villa could with is a new pool table and pool cues as very worn out but did not bother us too much. Overall Villa Heaven was exactly what we wanted. We had a wonderful time at Villa Heaven and are already looking to book again next year. Thanks to the host.

A fantastic stay at Villa Heaven - we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Heaven. We were a party of 4 but had ample space and would have been fine even as a party of up to 8. The privacy is unbelievable, ultimate peace and quiet. The equipment provided in the villa is a great selection from cooking utensils to fun and games to books ! I would advise to ensure you have a car as the track up to the villa is quiet long and bumpy unsuitable for anyone who might have limited mobility. The air-conditioning in each room is powerful and enough to beat the heat of the warm nights. Roughly a 4 minute drive to the beach and even less to the shops and bars / restaurants. I’m sure we will rebook soon for another stay. Thank you

Villa Heaven

There’s a few little things that could do with addressing. The location was secluded and mostly quiet. The Villa setting was absolutely amazing as if it was within its own little grand estate with waterfalls fountains and statues. I would without doubt come here again. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful garden, really like heaven!

Outside max, inside less! Poot accomodation in the kitchen. Stove was not working properly, gasfire was difficult to activate. Airco not sufficient in the livingroom, musicsystem did not work, inside and outside. Inside could use a refresh, also the leisure equipement (pooltable and pingpong) could use an update.

Quiet, relaxing stay for family of five

Villa Heaven is a beautiful villa with good facilities and a great pool. The villa is spacious, has a nice garden and the sea view is absolutely stunning. The location is nice, quiet, and remote - what we wanted for a relaxing holiday. We encountered a few problems when we arrived at the villa, but nothing that a quick call and the customer service team sent someone round to help us with these issues the next day. There was lots of space for five of us, and loads of outside seating to make the most of the sunshine.
