Beläget i utsökt PLAYA ROYALE-condos i Nuevo Vallarta, byggt av ägaren av Paradise Village. Gated 24 timmars bevakning, checka in på Playa Royale receptionen. Köpcentrum med livsmedelsbutik bara 10 minuters promenad mot Paradise Village.

En rymlig 1500 kvm 2 sovrum, icke-rökare, lägenhet, komplett med en king size-säng, (minne skum på sängen) bifogat bad inklusive två handfat och andra sovrum med 2 queen size-sängar (minne skum på en säng och 2 svampar på 2: a sängen för ökad komfort) och bifogat bad. En drottning utdragbar soffa sover två. Från balkongen utsikt över poolerna och havet och kompletteras med en stor smidesjärn rektangulärt bord med 6 vadderade stolar. (Bilderna gör det inte rättvisa !!)

I mitten av veckan piga och linnedukar är KOMPLETTERANDE med varje veckas vistelse. Om äta i, njuta av granit kök med rostfria vitvaror, filtrerat vatten och klinkergolv i hela. Eller äta på någon av de många restauranger inom en kort promenad. Ett bindemedel i lägenhet ger information om området, restauranger, bussar, aktiviteter etc. Några av de aktiviteter som inte är listade någon annanstans inkluderar zip-linjer i baldakinturen, simma med delfiner, jeep safaris eller promenera milen av fin glittrande sand.

För en liten avgift får du tillgång till Sport Club, Golf på 18 hål El Tigre Championship golfbana till rabatterade priser, beach club, gym, Spa, lap pool, tennis, basket, badminton, bordtennis stor pool och barn klubb.

Fully stocked and stoked

Lorraine’s unit is very nice. Don’t stop at grocery store prior to check in, we had numerous condiments and necessities that we didn’t need to buy.For you golfers, beach club (14 day minimum stay) was 100 US, but saved 100 a round at El Tigre in the morning. Other courses Flamingo and Vidanta can be played for around 100.

Exactly as described - wonderful!

We had a great week at Playa Royale! Lorainne was very helpful with information about the condo before we arrived. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean. We didn't spend a lot of time inside but while we were in, we had everything we needed.

This condo is marvelous!!!! Great stay!!!

I had the opportunity to spend a week in this great villa, located in a great place. Playa Royale is a superb condo-resort in the nuevo Valarta area. The villa was immaculate, well cared, very clean. It has all you need to have a great vacation. The villa is in beach front building, therefore you have direct access to the beach, you can also enjoy very clean pool areas. The communication process was also very easy and friendly. I fully recommend this property. Thanks a lot for making this holidays so wonderful!

Great condo for a relaxing holiday

The condo was in a great location, well equipped and very nicely furnished. The pool and beach were beautiful. The beach and ocean were great for swimming, boogie boarding and had lovely sunsets. The AC in the main living area plus separate ones in each bedroom were definitely appreciated in the hot weather. The condo complex was safe and secure. Lorraine was very responsive, accessible, and easy to communicate with.

Paradise

We have stayed at playa royal many times all of which have been in building 1. This was the first time in building 4. The condo was great. Extremely clean and everything there to make the stay a good one. The owner did a great job in describing the condo and was excellent to work with. The view was great. Rent this condo you won’t be disappointed. Only problem,which the owner had nothing to do with, was getting a palapa on the beach.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay. This resort is amazing, the grounds & staff are exceptional. And the beach & location are the best! Lorraine is an excellent host. Great communication, w/ prompt reply to questions. She sent a packet of information & suggestions that was very helpful. Her unit is spacious., clean, well stocked & very comfortable. The balcony is perfect for outdoor dining. & listening to the waves! Thank you, Lorraine!

Great spot for a family vacation!

We had a great time with our family of four (kids are 4 and 6 years old). The condo unit is in a great complex with pool and beach access. The beach is perfect for kids - not too rough and nice and sunny. The unit is good in size and well stocked with everything you need. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Home away from home !

My great niece and I spent 7 wonderful night’s at Lorraine’s Playa Royale condo. Everything needed to make it a home away from home plus paradise. Lorraine was so easy to deal with and responded to all questions we had. I’ve stayed at Playa Royale many, many times over the years and wanted to share that with my niece. She was so happy to be there as everything was perfect. Days at the pool or the palapa,s on the Beach. Nights out for dinner in town or at one of the great local restaurants. Words cannot really explain what a great location it is. You just have to try it. We’ll be back. Thank you so much Lorraine !!

Amazing time! Amazing place to stay!

We had a wonderful time. The property was exactly as described, clean, comfy and spacious for 4 adults and one 7 year old. Owner was incredible to work with. Had a wonderful view of the beach and pool. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. Pool was perfect and beach was right off the pool. Property was a perfect location with many restaurants within feline distance or a very short cab ride.

The builder of Paradise Village also built Playa Royale and knowing his high standards of quality and excellence made us buy at Playa Royale. The building and grounds are kept immaculate but best of all is the wonderful people that live in Puerto Vallarta and the area! They are very helpful and have a great sense of humour!
