The first room to your left is the large reception with an oversized window with spectacular views of the estuary. The reception has a large Smart TV and DVD player, and a good selection of family games. There are french doors leading outside to the side patio area. The next room to your left off the hallway is the modern open plan kitchen diner which is well equipped, with electric range style oven, dishwasher and large fridge and also benefits from french doors to the side garden. There is a handy spacious utility room off the kitchen, which has access to the outside, perfect for muddy boots and paws after a busy day exploring.
