The villa is located in Calpe, with two bedrooms and capacity for 4 people, in a quiet urbanisation, ideal for families.
Distribution of the villa:
With 148 m2 the villa is distributed on one floor with a living-dining room with wood burning fireplace and air conditioning, a glazed terrace with dining table and plenty of natural light, a kitchen, and a bedroom with two single beds together and air conditioning and a second bedroom with two single beds together, courtesy toilet and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Outside the villa: With 687 m2 of plot.
Inside the plot there is space to park a car outdoors, to access the barbecue from the main floor you have to go down a small staircase on the outside.
The swimming pool is on the same plot as the villa and you have to climb 5 steps to access it, it has an outside shower.
With views to the garden and very well located due to its proximity to the beaches and services.
It is located 1.3 km from the beach of La Fosa/Levante, where you will find the promenade that runs along the beach and numerous restaurants and shops.
