The large covered veranda—furnished and equipped with an outdoor kitchen—is perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Inside, you will find a living room with TV, a double sofa bed, and a kitchen corner with fridge/freezer and oven. The bedroom offers a double bed and wardrobe, and the bathroom includes a shower. Both the living room and bedroom have air conditioning.

The listed properties are offered as tourist rentals by their respective owners through Klodge, in accordance with Law 431/98 and art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia.

• If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) consumption will be calculated based on usage and charged at the end of the stay.
• A security deposit is required upon arrival, blocked on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically present and in the guest’s name).
• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time depends on the bank).
