Fint, rent och vÀlordnat.

Mycket fin, vÀlskött, rymlig lÀgenhet med bra lÀge och garageplats. NÀra till precis allt. VÀrden Ana Àr ytterst tillmötesgÄende och Alejandra som tog emot oss var mycket vÀnlig och hjÀlpsam. Hon pratar dock bara spanska sÄ det Àr en fördel om man kan nÄgra ord. Ett litet vÀlkomstkit bestÄende av frukostvaror vÀntade i köket. Sköna sÀngar och ordentligt med garderobsutrymmen. Att garageplats ingÄr Àr skönt dÄ det kan vara ont om allmÀnna p-platser i nÀrheten. Lite spÀnnande var det att komma in i hissen ner till garaget med bilen liksom upp och ut igen, men inga problem (SAAB 95). Bor gÀrna hÀr igen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement trÚs bien placé et trÚs confortable. Le couchage est de bonne qualité ainsi que l'isolation phonique.La communication avec Ana est facile, de plus elle est réactive. Cadix est une ville animée et pleine de charme. La plage de la Caleta est à 15 min à pied.

Perfectly situated on the edge of old town CĂĄdiz this spotlessly clean and very well appointed, modern apartment provides easy walking access to cafes, bars and restaurants in the vicinity.Communication with the host Ana was prompt, helpful and informative.I would highly recommend this listing.

Convenient, spacious and attractive

Lovely stay in Cadiz!

We had a wonderful time in Cadiz! Ana’s apartment was easy walking distance to the heart of the old town and to the water. There is a lovely park across the street where you can enjoy drinks and a beautiful sunset. Ana was very helpful and responded to all of our questions very quickly.

We really enjoyed the location of this apartment in old town Cadiz. We met the caretaker MarĂ­a JesĂșs on arrival and she checked us in and helped get us parked in the lift garage. She was a big help! Access to the lift was great so we could easily come and go while we explored other beaches and drove to the ferry in Tarifa. The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable and great for exploring shops and restaurants in the old town area.

Lovely apartment close to lots of attractions and shops

The apartment is in an excellent location and was very clean and well presented. There is a lift to the apartment giving easy access with heavy cases. The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher and is well laid out. The bathroom has a bath as well as a shower. There was plenty of space to relax and two good size bedrooms. The check in and check out processes were simple and went very smoothly. As a bonus we had access to a garage under the property which was very useful as we had a car. When we visited in March it was quiet making for a very relaxing stay. Overall we had a lovely few days stay and would definitely try and stay there again if we return to Cadiz.

Magnificent Cadiz

Our first time in Cadiz and the city did not dissapoint, but the highlight of our 4 day stay was the apartment, its location was perfect, restaurants, tapas bars, lovely easy strolls through the narrow streets of Cadiz all within a stones throw from the apartment. Superb underground parking via lift under the apartment, we have stayed in a number of apartments in our travels but this one is by far the best. Very modern, ultra clean, well equipped could not ask for more and contact with the owner was simple and quick if you had a question. I could go on but suffice to say we love Cadiz and will be returning and the only place we will stay will be here

Great location

Modern apartment in the old part of Cadiz. The apartment had everything you needed. Ana always answered quickly to any questions. There was construction noise outside but closing the windows helped reduced the noise. The park in front of her complex is gorgeous.

Well located flat in old Cadiz

The flat was well appointed and had everything required for an enjoyable holiday. The photo is slightly misleading as there is no view of the sea without leaning out of the window, BUT it is very close to the park photographed and we took our evening drinks across the road and out to the park where we enjoyed the lovely view of the sea and the sunset. The car park was conveniently in the building and as it is on the edge of the old town, it is easy to get out onto the outer main road and then off to Jerez or other towns. Cadiz is a super old town to explore and the flat was walking distance to anything and everything that one would want to see. Ana was an attentive host before and during the visit and her caretaker was also extremely helpful. We were given some excellent restaurant recommendations.

Lovely Apartment in Cadiz

This apartment is immaculate . It’s owner , Ana , has equipped it to the highest standard and every small detail considered to make you feel at home , The location was perfect for us. Immediately into the small squares to eat and drink coffees - a few metres from the glorious parks and the walk along the sea front. Highly recommended and we hope to come back and stay .

Fabulous apartment in a fabulous city!

Ana's apartment is the perfect apartment to stay at to enjoy a trip to Cadiz. A spacious 2 bed apartment, beautifully designed, bright, very clean and well equipped. The apartment is seconds walk from the Alameda Apodaca and within easy walking reach of everything in the old town of Cadiz. Ana is a fantastic host, she gave us great advice in advance of our stay. Alejandra, the caretaker, made herself easily understood despite our very limited Spanish. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the fabulous city of Cadiz.

I am a Spanish woman who has been living in the UK for the last 20 years. I decided it was time to find a new home in Spain - somewhere to escape to for my holidays, and eventually to settle down in. After spending a lot of time thinking about where I most wanted to be, I decided that Cadiz was the perfect city. Somewhere I could happily live full time. Near the sea, and with fantastic food, music, dance (I'm a Flamenco dancer) and culture.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

I fell in love with this apartment the first time I saw it, and I had to fight tooth and nail to get it ! I think I was very lucky. It's in the best part of the city, and the renovated building and my apartment in particular is gorgeous.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The views over the Alameda and the sea, the peace and quiet in the evenings, despite being right in the heart of one of the most vibrant and exciting cities in the south of Spain. And to see the very best Flamenco shows, I have to walk only two minutes to El Baluarte de Candaleria. A fantastic restaurant only a minute away:
Balandro (really one of the very best on Cadiz), and my favourite bar (El Veedor ... check out the tortillas) is just a short stagger away.
