Vacker strandfront LBI egendom med otroligt havsutsikt och stora fönster för naturligt ljus som rinner genom. Hemmet har 4 sovrum och 3. 5 bad, plus en utedusch, och är fullt möblerad till modern smak. En privat väg ger dig tillgång till stranden, och den privata uppfarten rymmer 6 bilar, tillsammans med ett 1-bil garage. Den 1: a våningen består av ett strandfront Trex-däck med glasposter som maximerar din utsikt över stranden.

Du välkomnas till ett öppet koncept vardagsrum, matsal och kök som är mättat med solljus. Den 1: a våningen har också 1 sovrum med eget badrum och ett annat stort sovrum och hall bad. En bred trappa under katedraltak tar dig till 2: a våningen, där skjutdörrar öppnar en bakre däck med solstolar. Befälhavaren har eget havsutsikt med 14 meters tak och skjutdörrar till en annan privat däck. Det här sovrummet är öppet för en jacuzzi och innehåller ett stort masterbadkar med dubbla handfat och dusch. Golvhöjd kan rymma 4 på soffor som konverterar till enkelsängar och en full / tvåbädds våningssäng. Golvnivå innehåller också en 55 tums tv med en halv bad och tvättmaskin / torktumlare.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

If you’re looking to be right on the beach, this location is amazing! The house was exactly as pictured, clean, and had all the essentials we needed for our stay. Nick was super responsive and easy to get in touch with. Couldn’t ask for a better host! Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing and convenient

We enjoyed the quick private walk access to the beach and the beautiful views from the decks. The master suite also provides an excellent view of the sunrise and you don’t have to leave your bed, which is the best part:)

Annual October LBI Visit

This was the second year that we stayed at this beautiful property, and we hope to return again next year. Nick is extremely helpful and always quick to respond. We have stayed at several different properties over the last 25 years, and this is by far the cleanest and nicest. Looking forward to another stay here.

Fantastic week at the beach with family

We visited in 2nd week of June. Weather was perfect and made our vacay even better. My first thought when I walked in the house was wow this is beautiful. My second thought was this is smaller than I thought. But it worked out fine. The home is lovely and thoughtfully decorated. The view from the large and high ceilinged master bedroom is spectacular. I could have stayed there the entire week just reading my book and looking at the ocean. Automatic shades were a nice feature in this room. The deck facing the ocean was perfect but we utilized the large rear upper deck to escape the sun/heat in the morning. Downstairs room with full bathroom was perfect for the young adults. Kitchen was fine for our use but not a lot of counter space. Appreciated the outdoor shower. Driveway fit 6 cars however entry is very narrow but we navigated ok. What makes this house so nice is the layout and the thoughtful decor. It is not a super large home but the space was so nicely designed that it worked for us. Natural light, open design on 1st fl, high ceilings in master bedroom along with the outdoor spaces made this house perfect for us. Looking forward to visiting again.

Beautiful beach house

Beautiful and very well maintained beach house with amazing views and easy beach access. Very convenient location for restaurants and Bay Village. Primary suite has an incredible ocean view. Plenty of space for families. We especially enjoyed the oceanfront deck. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Amazing views

Great place for a wedding weekend on LBI. We rented this house as a place for our daughter and the bridal party to get ready and take pictures. Between the main floor bedrooms and the ground level open area there was plenty of space to have some out of town family to stay with us. The primary suite is spacious and the view was spectacular!’

Great vacation house!

House is clean & well kept. The location is not too busy, but you can walk for ice cream or a little shopping. The waters edge was a short walk from the private access walk. That’s a bonus ! The owner was great to deal with & easy to contact with any questions. Enjoyed our trip greatly and will stay there again if visiting the area!

Girls 60/retirement weekend

An amazing time at this beautiful property smack dab on the beach. It suited our needs perfectly. There were several areas to congregate and enjoy each other's company and also some secluded areas to get away and have some solitude. The owner Nick was wonderful to deal with and communicated quickly if any issues or questions came up. We will be back!

Nick, the owner, great to work with and quick to respond. House was very clean upon arrival with plenty of parking. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from both ocean facing decks and rear deck is an added bonus since provided a buffer for wind shifts.

Perfect Location

You can’t beat this house’s location! It has its own walking path to the beach, and it takes only a few minutes! We traveled with several small children, so this was key to enjoying our beach vacation. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, dishes, and cookware. The bedrooms are nicely furnished as well. Overall, a very comfortable stay!

Amazing home with gorgeous views

Beachfront home with a private walkway to the ocean. All you can ask for! Don’t forget the Spacious bedrooms with amazing master suite, rooftop sun deck to see the sunset and the Downstairs rec room converted to a bedroom was great for the little ones. Nick was always available to assist and a great host! Highly recommend and hoping we can return ASAP!

Perfection

My family and I shared a beautiful week in this clean and well appointed ocean front home. The easy access to the beach, the fabulous views and the constant, soothing sounds of the waves made for a very relaxing environment. Nick was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back. The actual cost of the house for the week came to 8.3 cents per person per minute. A bargain if you ask me.

Beautiful view and close to the beach

We had a lovely week here. The view from the master bedroom is magnificent! It was also great to be able to see the sunset from the deck on the other side. The walk to the beach has a hill, but it’s really nice that it’s your own private path. We used the washer dryer several times and they were great. We also really enjoyed eating dinner at the table on the deck. Nick, thank you so much for a great week!

Family Bliss

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The location was perfect—right near Pinky’s and only 10 minutes from the action at Bay Village. We booked next year’s stay before even checking out! The house is spacious, so clean, and comes with so many supplies for making home cooked meals. Have a private walkway to the beach was a game changer, especially with little ones.

Beachfront Bliss

This Jersey Shore house lived up to its looks on VRBO! Beautifully decorated inside and out with clean rooms and nautical themes. There was plenty of room for our family of three generations, and we enjoyed the three levels at the beach front home to the fullest! The best part was the beautiful views of the beach and the easy access to get there. All in all we had a wonderful week, and the owner Nick was so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had while we were there. We will be returning next year for more fun times at the beach, and happy family memories at this beautiful beachfront home!!
