Detta hem byggdes 2016 och har trägolv i hela med en öppen planlösning med 9 'tak i vardagsrummet med gasspis och helt ny 55-tums smart-TV, som förvandlar och ser in i matplatsen och nytt kök med centrumön, bänkskivor i granit, rostfria vitvaror, infälld belysning, central luftkonditionering, gratis trådlöst internet, utomhusdäck på första och andra våningen med solstolar för att sola och koppla av, veranda med solstolar, ny utomhusgrill och sittplatser på en helt ny uteplats. Utomhus dusch utanför uteplatsen. Helt runt vinylstaket för säkerhet och medvetande för familjer att spela ute. Ett komplett badrum och sovrum fullbordar första våningen. House was very nice. Did not use the kitchen as all meals were at other locations. TV remotes were a little difficult to figure out but good once done. Don't forget to bring bath soap and shampoo. Kitchen soap was there.

Nicely maintained

The property is nicely maintained and more than met our needs. It’s on a busy street (Long Beach Boulevard) but close to the beach and centrally located on LBI.

Great Easter

Property was well kept and inviting . My biggest problem was the stairs. I have a spinal issue and steps are a hassle. I was able to work around that, we had a great Raster weekend

Easy, Convenient Trip During Offseason

Check in and out were as smooth as possible, owner responded to texts quickly, and when something came up due to ours being a winter visit he was very flexible

Perfect for a quick off season trip

I met my family for a small reunion in October. There was an Oyster festival on one of the days which gave us a nice place to hang and eat. The place was very clean and convenient.

Great getaway!

We rented the house with our friends and our young children. It was clean and spacious. It was a short walk to the beach, in a quieter area, which we really liked. Home was a quick drive to everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely rent again!

Birthday Weekend

I spent a weekend here to celebrate a birthday with some friends and we had a great stay! The house is in a great location if you want to be in a quieter area, just steps from the beach, and still close to restaurants, attractions and night life. It’s very clean and looks exactly like the photos. The host Hank was amazing!!! If anything came up he was so quick to respond and he addressed any issues right away. We would absolutely stay here again!

LBI Family Vacation

Great house on the ocean side of Long Beach Island. The main floor bedroom was great for my older parents. All the kids and other adults stayed upstairs. Open kitchen and living room was great for hanging out. It was nice to have towels and bed linens provided. Perfect house for families with young kids or teens.

Nice house close to the beach, restaurants, Bay Village and Fantasy Island.

The house was very nice and relatively new, not luxurious. The fenced in yard, outdoor shower and furniture were all lovely and the proximity to the beach was great. The living room, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, but the kitchen was not. The pots and pans in the kitchen were worn and scratched up and only a 2 slice toaster was provided in a house that accomadateds 10. Much of the living area seating was tired and the sectional in the living room was dirty and worn and the lounge section of it was very saggy. We paid $350 for linen service and the beds were unmade when we arrived and the linen bundle had 2 bath towels per bed, no hand towels or wash cloths. The king bed in the primary bedroom was the worst mattress we have ever tried to sleep on. The second floor balcony off the master had no furniture however there are two adirondack chairs pictured in the listing. While the house was close to the beach it was also right on the noisy boulevard. The proximity to the beach, the fenced yard and ample parking were great.

Great house close to the ocean, but on a Main Street so it can be a little noisy at night.

We rented this house for a wedding we were attending in September and it was perfect for our family! Very clean and spacious!

Wonderful week

We had a great stay here! The house itself was in great condition and clean. You can hear the noise of the traffic, but the beach is on the same street (2 minute walk to sand) so it was acceptable! When we arrived the blinds in the bedroom were broken, so I contacted the host. He responded promptly and had someone come to fix it quickly. The man that came to fix it was very sweet. It's a great location, close to Bayvillage and Fantasy Island. The only improvment/suggestion I have for the owner is to add a firepit in the backyard since there isn't a pool. Adding a firepit or string lights would make this magical. I recommend and would return!

Great spot when traveling with family

We stayed for a long weekend with my family for a wedding. The house is spacious and worked great for our group. It’s walking distance to a beautiful beach. Shopping and restaurants are not far. The house was very clean. Only negative was that the dishes and cookware in the house needed a wash before use.

Impeccable Shore Getaway

My family and I had the most incredible stay at this property (8 of us) for memorial day weekend. The property was new, beautiful, evidently deeply cleaned and the whole check-in and check-out process was easy and smooth. We will be back if we can! Huge thanks to Hank!

Overall, very pleased with this beach house

The house was updated and clean. Owner was nice and a pleasure to work with. The location is a very easy walk to the beach with was great. The beach was ideal - plenty of space for everyone. The only downside is that you can hear the traffic from the main road inside the house (though at night it is pretty quiet).

LBI family getaway

The house accommodated our two adult children, their spouses, 4 grandchildren and us, the two grandparents. Everything was clean and in order when we checked in seamlessly. The fenced in yard was a boon to the young children and the location near the beach was wonderful. There is some street noise as one side of the property is on Long Beach Boulevard but the traffic dies down at night so the sound did not interrupt sleeping. Nicely equip residence. We had a blast!
