Perfection by the sea!

This is without a doubt my favorite reason to visit LBI! The Ulbrich home is a perfect place to stay, providing a spacious and absolutely beautiful surrounding to enjoy any vacation! I am always more than happy to stay there!

Great location for a family and friends trip

Wonderful house right on the beach with plenty of room for a large group of friends and family. The view and ease of walking right out to the ocean cannot be beat. It is also walking distance to shops, resturants, ice cream, minature golf, and bars. Game room on the lower floor was wonderful when it rained. There is something for everyone. Would stay again!

Great location and views. House was very clean. Needs some TLC - lightbulbs out, batteries in remotes dead, screens torn. Otherwise was very clean and comfortable.

The perfect family get away!

We spent Easter with the family on the beach and this house was a dream vacation! The kids loved the game room and the adults took advantage of the spectacular views of the beach on the deck. It was exactly what our family needed. We made life long memories and I hope to stay here again! Klaus was amazing and so very helpful. Definitely recommend!!

Beach Wedding

I picked this property for a small intimate wedding. The private walkway lit with tea lights was perfect. The kitchen was large enough for our chef and servers. The owners were very responsive to all my questions and worked with my requests which facilitated a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this property . Location. Location. Location ☀️🕶️🏖️

Loved our stay

We had a weekend vacation and had some family over to celebrate our wedding and a 60th birthday. The elevator was key for us and older family members. The patio was a perfect entertaining spot! Loved the deck and the view. Sunsets and sunrises were viewed from the rooftop. I've never stayed in a place so close to the beach and water. Would stay again and highly recommend. Thanks Klaus for sharing your home with us!

Family Vacation

Had a wonderful vacation at the shore. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We had an issue with the downstairs refrigerator not working and he kept in touch with us and delivered a new one timely. The interior was better than the photos. Spacious and con for table and we really enjoyed the hot tub. As we rented it for two weeks the cleaners set up a cleaning while we were there that was convienant for us. The space was clean and very comfortable. We would rent again. E and K T

What a View!!!!

This place is sitting exactly where you want to be and when the sun goes down there is plenty to do right in the basement! The house is more spacious than the photos make it seem especially on the upper floor where the kitchen/dining/lounging area is. The second floor lounge area is also bigger and the master bedroom/bathroom is palatial.

Amazing view, super comfortable home

This home is literally right on the beach! The views are incredible from all 3 decks. We had perfect weather and spent dawn to dark outdoors. There is so much to do in the house you would not need to go out in search of entertainment in the event of less than perfect weather. The 3rd floor/kitchen area was our major gathering area but there were plenty of other spaces to get away as necessary. Loved loved loved our stay and hope to return as soon as we can coordinate schedules. Thanks to our wonderful host and family for sharing this delight. Oh an i almost forgot the sunrises are well worth getting up early!! Can sit right on deck and watch.

Pristine Private Beach House

Modern, clean, light-filled house with charming details throughout. Photos don’t prepare you for how stunning the ocean view is (and how spacious and bright the top main floor is). Visited during off-season in October with family (all adults, but kids would have a blast here, too). The owner touched base on our second day to make sure all was good. Check-in was easy using the provided door-code. Elevator was essential for our handicapped mom, but also made move-in and move-out easy. Kitchen has “everything”, including a gorgeous gas stove. Dining room easily accommodated us seven adults. We cooked almost all week. Recommend Wally’s restaurant, which is a short walk around the block. Surf City is a fun little town. “Two thumbs up!”

Great house with amazing views!

Family vacation with 9 adults and 4 kids and the house was amazing. The elevator was great for the grandparents and the basement game room was awesome for the kids. Plus the owner was very quick responding to all of my questions. I would definitely rent this home again!

Nice stay!

We had a really great stay and would stay again! Could use a little TLC on minor things (few broken outdoor chairs, finicky dishwasher, old walkway to beach) BUT the views, game room, private beach access, parking, and overall size far outweighed them. Klaus was also nice, responsive, and came by when we needed. We had a really fun stay and cannot stress enough what wide views you have and the proximity of the beach. My mother has reduced mobility so the elevator and upstairs master were critical to her enjoying the stay.

This house needs a deep clean!

The basement smells of moth balls, disgusting! The return air vents were covered in dust, I’m allergic to it. My brother had to vacuum them! The wooden walkway to the beach is dangerously in disrepair, it is a law suit waiting to happen! The top of the kitchen cabinets were filthy with dust. The lighting in the laundry room is horrid. The blinds in the Jr. Master we’re broken, we had scotch tape them together for privacy! The dining chairs were filthy, sticky & dirty. The mattresses are needing replacements. The spread on the Jr king smelled dirty. Pillows had no washable zip covers, disgusting . We were very disappointed, it was like staying in a dirty motel!!!!!!

Everything about this property was perfect for our week. The owners supplied all the necessities and more. It was like being in our own home for a week, rather than vacationing in someone else's home. It was wonderful!
