Du kommer att kunna gÄ eller cykla till allt du behöver. 3 kvarter till stranden och 2 kvarter till viken. Kort promenader till lokala restauranger, Fantasy Island Amusement Park och Thunder Surf Water Park (favorit för barn i alla Äldrar), minigolf, tennisbanor, basketplaner, parker, shopping, Bay Village och precis bakom stadens hÀftklamrar "The Bagel Shack "och ett kvarter frÄn kycklingen och Àgget. Det finns gott om lagringsutrymme tillsammans med 2 tvÀttstugor, en pÄ varje vÄning. Utanför huvudrummet / matsalen finns balkong nr 1 dÀr du kan njuta av en ny kopp kaffe och frukost pÄ morgonen. Ovanför erbjuder balkong nr 2 tvÄ uteserveringsbord, ett lusthus med slutet bar / grillomrÄde och en stor bubbelpool. En trapp upp till Àr balkong nr 3 som leder till soldÀck. HÀr uppe kan du gÄ vilse i den fantastiska 360-graders utsikt över Beach Haven eller lÀgga dig pÄ solstolarna och slappna av!

Very easy checkin. Excellent communication with host. Lots of room for my family. Roof top area had a shaded bar area which was nice for relaxing out of the sun and coffee in the morning.

Great Location

My family and I had a great time at this beautiful home. We particularly loved the rooftop hot tub! The property was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location was great for us! We walked to restaurants and to the Bay Village. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future.

Great space where two families of five with six kids ranging from 12-20 felt like they had space. Outdoor decks, grill and hot tub were awesome. Location - you are in the heart of it and yet once you enter the house - you are away from it all. A ton of extra pillows and blankets in closets along with cleaning and cooking devices - not the usual barebones that you get! Garage is well stocked with beach accessories and chairs. There was ample street parking in addition to spots provided. Loved having two sets of washer dryers. Owner is very responsive

Great location

We had a great stay in Beach Haven. The house was really great and we spent a lot of time on the roof deck. So many restaurants within walking distance as well as the beach we barley drove all week.

The house was awesome! Great set up with mostly twin beds so large groups don't need to share beds. We came for a girls weekend and the only flaw was I spent the first night cleaning (a lot) - it would be helpful for the owner to hire a cleaning service in between groups and not count on groups to do a good cleaning job. Otherwise the house was perfect - we loved the hot tub and great walking distance to everything!

The house was perfect
it was very clean!! All we needed to do was unpack and start our on time on LBI. The property was exactly what we needed for 5 adults and 2 children. Very family friendly. The kitchen was well stocked, although we didn’t do any meal prep. The deck with the grill, hot tub, and covered area was a wonderful place to have coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. The location was great. The amusement park and restaurants were all within an easy walk. We were busy with wedding preparations, so unfortunately we never made it to the beach. I don’t think it’s a far walk though.We needed a sitter for the kids. I’m giving Tim her number. She was recommended by a friend on LBI and was fabulous. The kids loved her! It’s hard to impress 7 and 10 year olds. Tim, our host, was lovely. He was very quick to answer any questions that I had before arrival. There is also a huge garage that made unloading a breeze. I highly recommend this property!!

Always a Great Stay

We have been coming back to this house for the last few years and have always had a great time. The amenities, including the hot tub on the roof, and location from Beach Haven activities and the beach itself is unmatched. Tim is also very easy to work with and is very responsive.

House was great for us!

We spent a week at Tim’s house with our teenagers and the setup and location were amazing. Tim was a great host, everything was really easy! Clean and plenty of room for all!

Wedding Weekend Headquarters

We had the pleasure of staying for our wedding weekend! The property was absolutely fantastic & conveniently located to the bay, beach, & restaurants. The decks were perfect for hanging out, getting some sun, & grilling. The garage served as a hang out location, 'gym,' & meeting spot for friends & family members. Absolutely recommend for any groups looking for a spot to enjoy Beach Haven!

Beautiful Beach Haven home in perfect location!

We rented this home for my daughter’s birthday in March. It’s very close to restaurants, the beach and Fantasy Island. The hot tub was a hit with the girls and so was the close shopping so it was a great weekend all around!
