Lovely, relaxing stay

Virginie is a gracious and generous host. Always around if you need her, but keeping her distance when you want some down time. The house is beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. The setting was glorious and we all enjoyed the many and various sunsets. Lots to do in the surrounding area, but we mostly chose to relax around the little hamlet. Lots of pleasant walks around the vineyards. There was a little noise on Saturday nights from the property next door, which is a wedding venue, but the house had good soundproofing so did not bother us too much. We loved having the chickens and Piki the dog visit us throughout the day!

Beautiful chateau!

We had a wonderful time at this stunning chateau. The house itself is absolutely lovely: it manages to maintain its historic charm while incorporating all the modern conveniences. The chateau is on vineyard with beautiful vistas. It was perfect sitting outside and drinking our wine or having our breakfast. The Petit family is very hospitable. They made every effort to make sure we were comfortable. We especially appreciated their overtures to our children (for example, having their son show our kids how to get to the rowboat in the pond and arranging for babysitting). They also provided good restaurant recommendations. The chateau produces some delicious wines. We had a tour with the owner, which was very interesting. We would highly recommend this rental and would love to visit again someday.

Perfecte plek om te genieten van de omgeving met een mooi zwembad tussen de fruitbomen

Een mooie locatie waar het heerlijk stil was , ruim huis met hele fijne badkamer, Leuke rondleiding op het chateau .Het zwembad was schoon en groot, de gastvrouw gastvrij en in de omgeving genoeg te doen Heerlijke wijn en 2 gezellige kippetjes. We hebben een mooie week gehad. Echt een aanrader zeker als je van goede wijn houdt.

Agréable séjour à NEAC

Très agréable semaine, propriétaires très à l’écoute, bienveillants, la maison est très fonctionnelle, la piscine est superbe, le jardin et les vignes font de cette location un lieu unique. Le vin est très bon et la visite du chai permet de bien comprendre l’histoire du château et leur façon de faire du vin.

Un super séjour au cœur des vignes !

Le château est comme sur les photos ! :) Très grand, joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un super séjour avec toute ma famille et Virginie est adorable. La visite du vignoble était également très agréable et les environs offrent de chouettes visites (Saint-Emilion mais aussi de nombreux châteaux). A noter, la piscine n’est pas juste à côté de la maison il faut traverser les vignes. (5 min) Mais apparemment une nouvelle piscine est à venir plus proche du château :)

Un lugar con gran encanto en medio del viñedo bordelés. La casa muy acogedora y la familia propietaria muy amables y atentos. La visita a la bodega muy recomendable y la persona que nos la hizo supo transmitir su amor por la cultura del vino. Volveremos son duda

Familiale vie de Château!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines à Tournefeuille pendant l’été pour visiter et nous imprégner de la région. Nous avons été admirablement bien accueillis par les propriétaires à la fois présents et discrets. La maison est magnifique, les chambres spacieuses et bien décorées. La vue sur les vignes met de bonne humeur dès le matin! Nous avons aussi apprécié la visite du chais. Un excellent Séjour accompagné des vins du château!

Superbe Chateau en plein milieu des vignobles

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille au Chateau Tournefeuille. Tout s'est déroulé comme prévu et la communication avec Virginie pour la préparation du voyage et l'accueil s'est très bien déroulé. Le Chateau est très bien localisé en plein coeur de la superbe région viticole de Saint-Émilion. Parfait pour découvrir les villages aux alentours aussi bien que Bordeaux et Libourne. Les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût. Vues imprenable sur les vignobles du Chateau pour de belles veillées en famille. À conseiller vivement.

A great stay at Chateau Tournefeuille!

We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Tournefeuille in June/July 2019 on a family vacation, the property was even better than we had anticipated. The house was clean, all rooms were spacious and it offered amazing views from the outdoor patio (making for great evening barbecues). Property amenities included bicycles, a pool and the ability to book a personal tour of the vineyard. The property is close to so many active vineyards as well as St Emilion and Libourne for shopping or day trips. Virginie and her family were great hosts and gave us recommendations and tips making our stay that much more enjoyable. We would definitely go back!

Beautiful property in a fantastic location

Stayed here as a group of four couples for 1 week looking to visit the Bordeaux wine region. Property has 5 large bedrooms each with own bathroom. They were like mini apartments very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The house itself had plenty of room for us with lounge room, separate formal dining and large outdoor sitting area Tournefeuille is attached to a winery and very close to Pomerol and petrus - sits on a ridge over looking vineyards. It is as pretty and spectacular as shown on the website. We loved our time here

Week end de rêve en plein cœur des vignes. De jolies balades à faire. Endroit très reposant

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et au petit soin pour que ce week end se déroule le mieux possible. Jolie maison de caractère au milieu des vignes. Magnifique TOURNEFEUILLE

Notre séjour de fin d'année à Tournefeuille , endroit magique, nous a conquis par la beauté du lieu, le charme et le chic de la demeure avec ses chambres magnifiques . Nous y avons passé de très beaux moments... En plus, la gentillesse de Virginie la propriétaire, et de son mari, sa disponibilité à notre égard , ne nous a donné à tous qu'une envie : revenir très vite ... A bientôt Joëlle

Beau Bon Spectaculaire Divertissant Agréable Chaleureusement familal

Une propriété au cœur d'un vignoble verdoyant sous le soleil, aux dimensions qui correspondaient tout à fait à la taille de notre grande famille de 15 personnes, chambres et salles d'eau attenantes fort jolies et confortables, cuisine bien pourvue du nécessaire et surtout Propriétaires accueillants et disponibles. Bref, notre merveilleux séjour d'une semaine en Bordelais doit beaucoup au confort du Château Tournefeuille🎈🍷

Formidable

Parfait !

Nous avions loué la maison entière pendant 2 nuits à l'occasion de notre mariage pour y loger nos témoins. Toute l'organisation a été très fluide et nos contacts avec Virginie Petit très agréables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa disponibilité et sa réactivité lors de nos échanges et lorsque nous avons voulu visiter le lieu. Nos invités ont été enchantés par le lieu, quant à eux, la maison et les vignes autour étant magnifiques ! Dans les jours suivants notre mariage, nous avons également reçu un très gentil message nous félicitant ! Nous recommandons chaudement cette location et remercions Virginie Petit pour tout !

Hors du temps

Nous étions hors du temps pour un long week-end, dans un château somptueusement décoré. Toutes les chambres ont un charme unique. Tout est adapté aux enfants. Une maison propice au partage entre amis. Et ce coucher de soleil sur les vignes... Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur confiance!

séjour inoubliable

Nous avons passé 4 jours à la maison de Tournefeuille et nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous avons eu la chance de visiter les caves du château, goûter le bon vin et c'était très intéressant aussi pour les enfants. La maison est très propre, confortable et les petits déjeuners délicieux! Merci encore de votre accueil, nous y reviendrons avec joie!

Relaxing stay in a Beautiful Manor

Chateau Tournefeuille is an elegant manor set amongst the vines of the estate winery owned by delightful hosts, Virginie and Emeric. Breathtakingly beautiful inside and out. Large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated rooms each have a private bathroom. Guests share the ground floor living room, kitchen and outdoor seating areas that include chairs and tables that call to guests to sit down, relax and enjoy the views of the vineyard and, in our case, a spectacular sunset, while enjoying some food and wine. We only spent two nights here, but wish we had planned for a more extended stay. Virginie, helped to orient us to the area and offered suggestions for good restaurants and particularly attractive spots to explore. We dined at a nearby restaurant one night and used the BBQ and kitchen to prepare our evening meal the second night, sharing the company of an engaging couple who are quite regular visitors. We had an opportunity to spend time with Emeric, learning about and tasting his delicious wines. Even if we can’t visit often, we will certainly be regular wine purchasers. We also had the opportunity to visit and taste at three other area wineries – all planned in advance, as it does not appear that there are many public tasting rooms prepared to accommodate drop in visitors.

Magnifique demeure, séjour très agréable

Magnifique demeure où nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et ont pris le temps de nous faire découvrir leurs vins. La barque sur l'étang laisse un merveilleux souvenir aux enfants. Nous reviendrons!

Un superbe domaine

Trois familles avec enfants, nous avons découvert un chateau sous le signe de la discrétion et de la magnanimité. La maison est très élégante, les chambres – j'oserai dire les studios – sont de luxe, les vignobles tout autour offrent un contexte de calme aux adultes et d'aventures (en toute sécurité) aux enfants. Une adresse à cultiver, comme les excellents vins produits dans le domaine. Nous y reviendrons sans doute.
