The kitchenette is equipped with 2 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

The apartment comes with a bath/WC, electric heating, and air conditioning. Outdoor spaces include a balcony or terrace with furniture and deck chairs.
