Residencial Duquesa is a quiet and peaceful complex in Sabinillas. Close to everything, you will enjoy its garden areas.
Located in one of the most exclusive communities of San Luis de Sabinillas, surrounded by beautiful and quiet tropical gardens, with 4 large pools (one of them open all year), 2 paddle courts, this apartment is located next to the Mercadona Supermarket and all kinds of services. You can walk to the beach, the Port of the Duchess and the Sabinillas promenade.
The apartment has a magnificent terrace of 15 square from which you can enjoy the panoramic view offered by on of the pool of the complex.
Nice apartment for up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one double and one with two single beds), 2 bathrooms (shower and bathtub), living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful sunny terrace.
The Community has free community WIFI in the common areas.
San Luis de Sabinillas is a town located in one of the last unspoilt areas of the Andalusian coast, its beaches almost empty, but with all services, make them the ideal place to spend a few days relaxed and enjoyable.
A visit to Castellar de la Frontera, Jimena or Casarés is a must. We also recommend a visit to Puerto Banus, Marbella, a visit to Gibraltar.

I you want to use public transport, there is a direct bus connection from MĂĄlaga Airport to Estepona, then a local transport to San luis de Sabinillas village.
