This delightful 64 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a lift access.
The modest yet well-lit living room features a plush sofa, a dining area set for four, a flat-screen TV, and a functioning fireplace to keep you warm on cold nights.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and cutleries, such as a stove, a fridge, a microwave, and an oven. So, feel free to whip up some delicious home-cooked meals!
If you wish to rest, both bedrooms in the house have queen beds and bunk beds. All the beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens to make your stay more comfortable. One of the bedrooms is an interior room without direct outside windows.
The bathroom has all the amenities required for you to freshen up, including a sink, a toilet, and a walk-in shower. We also provide fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience.

Set across the Douro River and only a few hundred meters from the river's south bank, Vila Nova de Gaia or Gaia is well known as a hub of the port wine industry and sandy beaches like Praia da Madalena, and the scenic riverside road Cais de Gaia, with its cafe terraces and expansive views across the Douro. Small restaurants serve grilled fish and seafood in the old fishing village of Afurada, where picturesque tiled houses line narrow streets.
There are many well-rated restaurants, cafes and lively bars in the nearby areas if you wish to grab a drink or a bite. If you want to get some groceries, there are also grocery stores and supermarkets within walking distance from the flat.
The area also affords its residents spectacular views of Porto’s historic city centre and the iconic two-tier bridge connecting the cities of Oporto and Gaia.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Devesas, is just a 22-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 17-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
