Great spot, lots of room

Great location for our family. The museum district, downtown, and the theatre district are all super easy to get to via car or train. We recommend the train so you don't have to worry about parking. We had a great time. Will look into this place again next time we will be in Houston.

PERFECT!!!

My family and I stayed here for 5 days and the house is beautiful and is in a great location. The hosts were accommodating and responsive at all times. They provided info for the surrounding area, which was super helpful. I would glady stay here again. Definitely a wonderful experience. Can't wait for my next visit!! :)

Great Midtown Houston VRBO

Wallace was great in communicating with us and the property was perfect for our 3 night stay. Located in walking distance to a ton of restaurants and bars, grocery store and drug store. Thanks for sharing your home with us and we will definitely stay here next time we stay in Houston.

Wonderful stay in Midtown

This place was wonderful to stay at and very comfortable. The place is much larger than the photos appear and makes for a very comfy stay. If you have issues with stairs, then this wouldn't be the best stay for you as it's a very vertical townhome/condo with the kitchen and living room on the 2nd floor and 2 of the bedrooms on the third floor (which was great for us), but otherwise have nothing critical to say. Located right in Midtown and convenient to most central attraction spots. The place had most of what we needed to make the stay comfy and would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

We loved this place. It was conveniently located and easy to get to. There is a security gate and garage parking which made us feel safe. The master and 1 bedroom were on 3rd floor, kitchen on second and another bedroom on 1st floor. The bedrooms were quiet since they were on different floors. The unit also has a washer/dryer.

Conference Attendance

It was a group of coworkers in town for an annual conference. The host was gracious and let us check in sooner than the stated time. That was very helpful as we had an early event to change into after our arrival.

Business Conference Stay

The property was exactly as pictured on Vrbo. Myself and a colleague were in town for a business conference held at the George Brown Convention Center. It happened to be 100 degrees+ each day during the week that we stayed at the property, so it wasn't feasible to walk to the convention center. The neighborhood seemed safe, but there didn't seem to be any stores within walking distance. We ended up renting a car, which made the week more enjoyable. The rental was small enough to fit in the garage. Everything about our stay was positive. The property was spotless and beautifully decorated. I believe that another reviewer had suggested that a binder be provided at the property, with helpful tips about the city and neighborhood. I also agree that a binder would be helpful to determine good restaurants, close conveniences and how to use the public transit system. If you are looking for a good barbeque place close by, we recommend J-Bar-M Barbeque. It was delicious! I would definitely stay at this property again if in Houston!

Quiet, gated community. Look just like the pictures or better! Has a laundry area in the house which is a plus. 2 car garage was a great essential as well. 6 minutes from downtown. Thanks again.

Our stay in Houston was absolutely amazing! This property boasts a fantastic location that put us right in the heart of the action. The house was spotless and radiated comfort, making us feel right at home. The owner was incredibly responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. We absolutely loved our experience here and can't recommend this property enough! If you’re heading to Houston, this is the place to be! Oh, and the check in was easy too. No issues at all.

Nice place. The only issues we had was how to work the dishwasher since latch was broken and we couldn't open it until we were given instructions how to open it. Also, there are only 6 mugs for coffee so you have to wash them every day. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

As described

Overall the condo was very nice and as described. We did, however, have an issue with the smoke alarm requiring batteries starting at 6:00 am our first morning, as the constant beep lasted for over 3 hours until my husband found a ladder in the garage and took the batteries out. After a long night, we were all exhausted the next day due to lack of sleep, which was very frustrating when you're trying to enjoy your vacation. The smoke alarms should be maintained and batteries changed yearly to prevent this from happening to the next paying guest. No apology or payment reduction for that night were offered. Also, there needs to be more than one coffee mug furnished. Only espresso cups which is super annoying. We had to go buy disposable cups from the Whole Foods market.
