Cute and cozy very nice property

The property was very clean. The living room was very cozy and all the kitchen appliances worked well. The decorations were very cute and lended to the cozy feel of the place. Though my husband and I are both tall the shower head was the perfect hight. Would stay again. 5 out of 5shower

Short trip to Grand Haven

Eric and Susan helped make our stay delightful. We were in town for a meeting, and wanted to be close to our venue as well as close to downtown. The location was perfect. The place was clean and exactly like the photos. Check in and out was easy, and as no one was there immediately before or after, they gave us extra time on both ends. We definitely would consider staying there again.

Amazing hosts!

We loved staying at this property! It literally was perfect. Eric and Susan are so kind and such great people! My dog got to play with their dog Codi! Susan paid for my car not to get towed when we were at the beach! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. We definitely want to stay here again!!!

Perfect Location

This is a cute and comfy place within walking distance to downtown Grand Haven and Grand Haven State Park. We love staying here.

Comfortable and great location

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and included everything we needed. The owners are extremely hospitable answering our questions promptly, providing convenient parking, and offering us the option for late-checkout. We traveled with our two dogs and were happy this property could accommodate them. Lastly, the location can't be beat! We were close walking distance to everything in downtown Grand Haven.

Spacious in good location

This is the upper unit so their are stairs to get there, but the place is great. Plenty of space, particularly the main bedroom and living room. Bath and kitchen were ample and you get a small patio off the back. Very dog friendly including use of the backyard. It is a short walk to the Main Street and the piers as well. Highly recommend.

Great stay!

The upper level was perfect for 4 adults and 2 corgis. We took advantage of the proximity to downtown and got lots of steps in each day. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Many thanks to Susan and Eric!

Great Stay in GH

Excellent VRBO experience. Eric was communicative and got us checked in without hassle. The location was as advertised in the photos and in a great location near downtown. Loved it and would definitely stay again!

Peaceful home away from home

Love that the upstairs rental had everything we needed for a peaceful vacation. Enjoyed the set up of a balcony for our outside hang outs. Peaceful home and neighborhood was for us the right walk distance downtown where all the fun is and an easy walk to the pier. Second time staying and plan to go back next year.

Great location close to downtown

Fun stay in a great location close to downtown. We stayed for a long weekend and only moved the car maybe twice. There is a lot within walking distance. The neighborhood was safe, with excellent communication with Eric and Susan. I’ll stay again when in the area!

Short Weekday Trip

We loved the location! We were able to walk to shopping, a playground, Central Park, the musical fountain, and the boardwalk! The property was clean and had what we needed for our infant. Communication with the manager was quick and helpful! We would stay here again for sure!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love sitting on the front porch and enjoying the privacy of our back yard. On the south side of the property there is a brick office building, on the west side is their parking lot and a vacation rental to the north. We are very fortunate.
We live in the lower level and enjoy meeting our guest and being part of making the vacation memorable.
